Dieses gemütliche Cottage mit drei Schlafzimmern befindet sich in der schönen Gegend von Town Neck in Sandwich, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand von Town Neck, der Promenade, dem Yachthafen von Sandwich und dem Cape Cod-Kanal entfernt. Kurze Fahrt zum historischen Zentrum von Sandwich mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants.
Ein Queensize-Bett, zwei Einzelbetten und eine Schlafcouch für maximal 6 Personen. Kabel-TV, kostenloses WLAN, Waschmaschine / Trockner in der Hütte. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Koch- und Essgeschirr. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über eine Klimaanlage, sodass Sie es sich nach einem heißen Tag am Strand bequem machen können. Privater Garten mit Picknicktisch und Gasgrill. Das Ferienhaus ist super sauber und hat alles was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt braucht.
Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und freundlich, der Strand ist nur 0, 3 Meilen entfernt. Die Eigentümer wohnen 8 km entfernt und sind einfach zu erreichen, damit Sie Ihren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen können.

What fun!

Cute cottage very near the ocean. You can walk there. Nice with a/c during hot summers. We used the back porch all week! We had a cookout and sat at the picnic table with the umbrella. This is our 3rd year of renting! We love it!

It was very nice,it was a 5 min drive to 3 diff beaches n same distance to stop n shop n main road,it was nice it's all one level due to me being handicap n partially blind n deaf

The feel of the cape

A traditional Cape Cod cottage! The cottage was very clean, don't even think I saw any bugs, not even a spider. Host were very kind and open if there were any issues, however we didnt experience any. The beach was a 10 minute walk, however we waited till 4pm and drove down, as parking was free then. Lot of local shops, including groceries and even a general dollar store. Sandwich, being one of the first towns in Massachusetts, you get to experience a lot history, including museums. If you have kids, lot of cheap or free activities, such as the local fishery where you can feed trout. There is a small aquarium near by too. There is several local fishing spots you can walk to within 20 minutes, with a bait shop 10 minutes away (driving). You can also do charters, personally did Helen H, a 30 minute drive. The beach was rocky, however I was advised this was due to a storm and hopefully will be repaired. On the plus side, my kids had a great time flipping the rocks to find crabs. There is a lot of scenic walking places, including a walkway next to the canal to see the large boats coming and going. When we didnt make our meals, experienced several local restaurants and had all great experience. We also had a simple evening and order Domino's for delivery.

Clean and near beach

We have rented with Tatiana and Jeff for 3 years. The cottage was immaculate when we arrived. A/C kept us cool in the hot weather. We cooked in. It was very convenient. The grocery store less than 5 miles away. Nice and close walk to beach. Lots of cute outdoor restaurants nearby.

An old time gem

Arrivable went smoothly. The cottage was as described and was perfectly clean. The cottage has been refreshed through out. Everything worked. It had a lovely back porch and yard for our small shih tzu's. The front porch where the tv is was so nice with all the windows and the nice breeze in the evening. I wish the shower was bigger but there isn't room. I wish the mattress was more to my liking. They were very new, I just prefer a firmer mattress which I found in one of the other bedrooms. It was a few blocks to the ocean. The neighborhood was pretty quiet and felt safe. We had a couple of small problems and the host was right on top of it so we were not inconvenienced. They were a very nice younger couple that worked hard to ensure all was perfect for our month long stay. They achieved that with us. Would definitely stay again, if we return to this area.

Lovely little place

The house is older, especially compared to some of the other houses in the neighborhood. The owners have made a real effort to make the place comfy and nice. The location is amazing...two blocks stroll to a beach! The price is a GREAT value.

Great stay

Our family had never been to Cape Cod before our stay. We enjoyed the property, while a bit outdated it was extremely clean. The location was close to the beach and a great jumping off point for the rest of the cape.

Town neck cottage

Very convenient to restaurants, stores, beaches, and the highway. Very much satisfied with everything. Host was very accommodating and communication with them was always prompt. Recommend and will be back.

Clean and affordable in a great location.

The property is very basic, but within a short walk to the beach and the boardwalk, which was a priority. Small for a family with adult children, but fortunately we had an active week outdoors.

Great location and neighborhood

The cottage is very comfortable and clean. The owners are super responsive and friendly. Having a grill in the backyard was very helpful to cook quick meals in the evenings. Being in such a close proximity to the Cape Cod Canal was really a nice bonus too. We biked along it and it was breathtaking. Had a great week at the Cape!

Wonderful location! House is a bit old, but clean and very comfortable! Near beach and grocery store. A/C kept us cool and comfortable. We will look to rent again next year!

Cozy Cape Cottage

We had a great time! Jeffrey and Tatiana were very helpful and responsive. We had three adults and two children and there was plenty of space. The beds were comfy. We cooked at home almost every night because of the kids and found all the utensils we needed and a good grill. We walked/rode bikes to the beach and it was only a few minutes. The neighbors we encountered were all quite friendly. There’s a picnic table with an umbrella and also a covered deck to relax in the backyard. We had brought chairs so we used those for the deck. Good ice cream and restaurants near by. We had read the reviews ahead of time that the air conditioning was in the bedrooms so we brought a box fan and the house was kept nice and cool with no problems. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, super cute beach town!

This is a great value for a week on Cape Cod! Pros - this house is amazingly clean! Well-taken care of. Great location. Had most everything we needed. The owners are very very responsive! Cons - this isn't really a con, but would have been something that I would have wanted to know. The beds are listed as two twins, 1 queen, and 1 pullout full. The queen is actually a full. To echo the other reviewer, the only way to keep the house cool is to leave all the doors open and run the window units. Overall, a good value!

Nice relaxing vacation

Property was nice and clean in a small community near beach and the Cape cod canal. Many activities , shopping, and restaurants nearby. Beds where comfortable. No issues. Owner very responsive to any questions. Great stay!

We had a great time at the cottage! We found it super clean and there is everything you need to cook and to have a nice stay! Minutes from a nice beach and close to stores and restaurants! We had a great stay!

Great hosts, Great location !!

Cape cottage. Walk to beach. Great yard. Beware of the neighbors. We were playing music the second day and a man came up to the back door rudely screaming that we were "blasting" the music and that "Sandwich has a noise ordinance" It would have been nice to get a friendly warning first. We weren't even that loud, and it was 2pm. I think the weed trimmers and lawn mowers were louder and more annoying. Overall, we had a great time there. The owners were gracious and communication was great.

perfect neighborhood

We had a wonderful week. This property was located exactly where we wanted to be. Kids had a blast riding their bikes everywhere. The house is a bit run down. i dont mind dated for a cottage however some areas could be improved on. Mainly, the 3rd bedroom with a pullout couch we couldn’t use due to the smell. The bedrooms had air conditioner units in the windows so we couldn't even air it out. The back porch also was odd as the 2 screen doors didn’t latch so they couldn’t be left open to allow air flow. The front porch was lovely and the kitchen had everything necessary. Jeffrey was very easy to reach regarding the check in and booking process. We had a great week! Thank you.

Super location!

Location is great! .3 miles to an awesome beach! We had a fire on the beach two nights, new experience for us. The house is in close proximity to everything in Sandwich. Very convenient. Also, we loved that we could bring our two little dogs. The house is very clean and simple. The bedrooms have a/c, so we would leave them on during the day with the doors open so the house would be comfortable when we returned to the beach. Only con is that the front living area is small and does not have a/c. Needs something to cool that room off, it gets very hot. Owners were very responsive to any question we had! Had a great week!
