Studio apartment fenced yard, 10 minutes to downtown (for those who are not aware-a “Studio apartment” is one large open space). Located in a quiet family and dog friendly neighborhood. Located just a few minutes from local shopping, coffee shops, restaurants and bars, and only 10 minutes to downtown Nashville! The apartment is located above a detached garage, a ground floor entrance leads to the upstairs rental unit. The space offers a queen bed, pullout couch with full size mattress and optional memory mattress topper, a full kitchen, patio, outdoor space and seating with fire pit and fenced in back yard (for those who are not aware; a “Studio apartment” is one large open space).
The property is close to so much Nashville has to offer:
- 5 minute drive to 5 Points (shopping, restaurants, and dog friendly patios)
-8 minute drive to Nissan Stadium
-10 minute drive to Broadway
-15 minute drive to the grand ole opry and the Nashville airport
We're also close to dozens of local breweries ( Southern Grist Brewing, Tailgate, Bearded iris, and Newheights just to name a few good ones), or take one of the many Nashville tours to get to know the city a little better (Walk Eat Nashville, or Mint Julep are a couple of good ones).

My husband and I do live next door and work from home 50% of the time so you might see us time-to-time as we come and go, taking our dogs out, etc. We are close by for anything you may need during your stay, however we value your privacy and we will give you your space.
Dogs are welcome with prior approval and a non-refundable pet fee of $50. Pets must be disclosed prior to booking.
