The Living Area has a Large Flat Screen TV, Queen Sleeper Sofa and direct access to the covered deck with table, chairs & loungers. Dining area allows seating for 4. Kitchen/Bar Area is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave & washer/dryer for your convenience.

Bedroom #1 has Queen bed and Flat Screen TV, Access to Shared Full Bath. Bedroom #2 is a Master with King bed, Flat screen TV, Full Private Bath, and oceanview deck access.

Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 2 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
