Our family vacation
We had paid for early check in prior to our arrival. Once we arrived at the property the door code was not allowing us access to the property we stood outside the house for 42 minutes waiting on them to reset the door code. But in the mean time they could not find our payment so I had to prove to them that I paid for early check in all the while waiting for someone to call me back. The first day we were there the pool had a musty smell but no big deal. The second day the pool was extremely green when I reached out they pretty much told me that the pool was on a maintenance schedule and I could use the skimmer. The next time I reached out I had told them I had taken pictures of our pool versus the neighbors and there was definintely something wrong. It took them over two days to show up. I had also reached out to them about the dryer at the same time. Loads were taking anywhere from 3-4 hours to dry. The house only had one dryer. For the next three days a new person would should up for the dryer each one saying they would be back the next day with another tool. The dryer never got fixed. Mind you 20 people were staying in the rental and our only dryer we had didn't work correctly. The air hockey table had a big hole in it and was unusable. The amount of money they charge for these rentals and they can't put a dollar back into it is beyond ridiculous. They have no problem saying I'm sorry to hear that a bunch of times but they really don't care once you are at the rental.
