This spacious home comfortably sleeps up to 14 people. Plus, we are pet-friendly, allowing up to 2 dogs for a $100 pet fee.

Lower Level Bedrooms:

• 4th Bedroom: Two full-sized beds and a work station equipped with a 24-inch computer monitor
• 5th Bedroom: One full-over-full bunk bed and one twin-over-twin bunk bed

• Three fully remodeled bathrooms featuring modern fixtures and finishes.
• Options for a relaxing soak in the tub after a busy day or a quick shower for those eager to head out and explore.
• All bathrooms are stocked with clean linens and essential toiletries for your convenience.

• Full-sized washer and dryer available, along with laundry detergent
• Plenty of parking available at the home. Please note that the driveway is steep due to the elevation of the property and the HOA doesn't allow parking on the street.

Other Things to Note:

This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.

NOISE
• Quiet hours: 10 PM - 7 AM.
• Keep noise indoors during these hours.
• No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.

PARKING
• Keep all tires off the road.
• Don’t block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.
• Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840
• No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.

OUTDOOR FIRES
• High wildfire risk area!
• No open fires.
• No unattended fires.
• No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
• Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions, check MassanuttenVillage.com or electronic sign at entrance for updates.

ALCOHOL
• No open containers on roads or in common areas.

PETS
• Leash always required when outside.
• Clean up after your pets.

TRASH
• Do not place trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks or car ports. Trash attracts wildlife, which could endanger you and damage the property.
