Beautiful Home in a Great Location

The unit was overall very nice. Ivonne was very responsive and friendly. The unit was clean and in a great location. There were lots of games available for the family to play, and the property had great amenities. The overall location to restaurants and stores was great. The room on the bottom floor was somewhat small, but the other rooms were a very nice size.

Comfortable stay in Key Largo.

The place was clean, comfy and well stocked from the towels, linens and anything you may need in the kitchen. Also, there were float devices, pool noodles, fishing gear, a kayak and tons of games for evening family time. We definitely had everything we needed to make our vacation an absolute success. Check in was quite easy and any communication to the host was quickly responded. The only issue that stood out is, upon entering there was a plastic bag on the floor by the wall. When I went to pick it up, noticed it was some kind of electrical wire or cord of somesort coming out of the wall. Other than that everything was perfect.

Great property good location

The 3 story townhouse was great for our family. Each child had a space to go to if they needed time alone. There is a playground just out the back door. Quiet location and very close to the marina to go out on charter fishing trips. Management was very responsive. A short walk to the pier where you can fish. Definitely recommend and will stay again if we come back.

Hidden Gem in Key Largo!

This property was amazing for our family of 5 over Spring Break. This quiet complex is tucked back on the ocean side in a very convenient area of Key Largo. The unit was super clean, updated, and had plenty of room for all of us. The complex had 2 really nice pools and an incredible salt water lagoon that had tons of fish and was perfect for the whole family to snorkel. The beach was a great place to sit and watch the kids fish as well. Plenty of great restaurants are just up the street including Snooks and Bayside, which we enjoyed a ton! This unit was awesome and the owners were very responsive. We will be back.

Fabulous home/community in paradise

What a gem of a property....This townhome is GORGEOUS and was perfect for 3 adult couples...we loved having 3 baths and all the balconies to sit out on. The furnishings are all upgraded and lent a perfect feel to our Keys escape. I have never stayed in a VRBO that was so well equipped and really felt like home. As a note, if you go in warm weather make sure to visit the "Chill" pool which has a chiller that cools the water. It was sooo refreshing in the August heat, cooler than any other pool or the ocean. Ivonne is a great host and so communicative and available. Can't wait for our next visit!

Great Keys Getaway

We had a great time at Ivonne’s rental! The property had everything we needed and was really clean and nicely decorated. We also loved that we had use of the golf cart which made it really easy to get around the Kawama property. The pool was wonderful too! Couldn’t ask for a better spring break/Easter getaway.

Great for a scuba focused trip

This is a perfect location for a scuba diving focused vacation and also for an easy day trip to Key West. Condo was a great layout for us and our two young adult kids and their partners, and it was very nice to have three full bathrooms. We appreciated the nicely appointed kitchen and being able to use the two fishing poles.

We have been coming to Kawama for over 30 years and finally had the opportunity to purchase a unit of our own in 2010. Kawama is an amazing place to spend time with our family. We love the outdoors and recharge our batteries every time we visit. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do!

Kawama is a great place to unwind and reconnect with family. It is a gated community off the beaten path, but with big city amenities around the corner. You may decide to just take in the beautiful surroundings and not leave. But if you desire, you have the convenience of a modern city just a few minutes away, with amazing restaurants, groceries, and shopping.

Some of the unique benefits of Kawama include our unique saltwater lagoon which will bring hours of enjoyment. We also have access to a beach area and fishing jetty on the oceanside in which you can snorkel, fish or just watch the beautiful sunset!
