A 55’’ smart TV with Netflix ensures endless entertainment options, while unique décor elements lend a distinctive charm to the space.
The open living room flows seamlessly into the dining area, featuring a round table and six chairs, providing an intimate setting for delightful meals and cherished moments with loved ones.
The kitchen is a testament to modern design, boasting wooden cabinets and white countertops. Fully equipped with a blender, hot water kettle, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and gas stove, it's prepared for all your culinary adventures. Dishes, silverware, cooking basics, wine glasses, and trash cans are all at your disposal.

Retreat to the first bedroom, a peaceful oasis featuring a king-size bed with pristine white bed covers, nightstands with lamps, an armchair, table, built-in wardrobe, and a makeup vanity with a mirror. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, nightstand, and desk, all enhanced by plants and decorative elements. The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds, and there's also a maid's room with a single bed, ensuring ample space and comfort for all guests.
The bathroom is a sanctuary of relaxation, complete with a bathtub with a curtain glass, toilet, bidet, and washbasin. Enjoy the spa-like amenities, including toiletries, hot water, soap, towels, toilet paper, and a bathrobe, all provided for your utmost comfort.
Your safety is our priority, and the apartment is equipped with a fire extinguisher and smoke detectors. Additional conveniences include WIFI, air conditioning throughout, an iron, washing machine, and a safe, ensuring a worry-free and comfortable stay.

La Rive Tower 1 is a low-rise residential tower in Jumeirah. It is a part of the master project by Meeras, which is known as Port De La Mer. The building has six floors with 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5-bedroom apartments. There are several facilities available in the complex, including a gymnasium, a swimming pool and eateries. The waterfront building also provides direct access to the beach.
Port De La Mer is a residential project on the coast of Jumeirah. It consists of four complexes, namely La Voile, Sur La Mer, La Cote and La Rive. It features 1 to 5-bedroom apartments, townhouses and penthouses. This waterfront development offers an epitome of luxurious living along with direct beach access.

BUS STATIONS NEAR LA RIVE TOWER 1:
The nearest bus stop is Jumeirah Centre, accessible within a 7-minute drive from La Rive Tower 1. Another option is Palm Strio Centre which is located at an 11-minute driving distance.
METRO STATIONS NEAR LA RIVE TOWER 1:
World Trade Centre is the nearest metro station, located at a 17-minute driving distance. Financial Centre Station is another option, accessible within an 18-minute drive from Le Rive Tower 1, Jumeirah.

Before arriving to Dubai, please share all the guests’ passport information as per the Department of Tourism (DTCM) regulations in order to register your upcoming stay and avoid any unnecessary delays.

Check-in Procedure:
Check-in is from 3:00 pm on the date of your reservation.
AED 50 per hour for early check-in, subject to availability
