Relaxing little Cabin.

We loved the French country charm and it was enjoyable to walk the grounds by the little lake and other onsite cabins. While a small space, we could not of been more pleased with the comforting atmosphere. And and truly comfy bed.

Decent stay

Responsive host and easily reachable. Not as clean due to being in the country where critters and bugs live. Decent stay. Also wish there was a bathroom door for privacy if you are not alone, but otherwise fine.

Well Appointed Decor in a Cozy Farm Cottage

We enjoyed our long weekend at this cozy farm cottage. Off season so very private and quiet. The interiors are very well designed and of high quality. Will definitely return to this spot again next time we are visiting Round Top area.

Great cozy property

Host Kristine was very attentive and accommodating and respected our privacy. Place was very cozy and clean. Shampoo and conditioner plus soap included. This also includes dishsoap and hand soap. Heating is done by minisplit but must admit that it could not heat the property to a comfortable level as we were there during a coldspell. First night it was cold until we figured out how to use the minisplit. It might be a good idea before guests arrive to either heat or cool the property according to the weather. Overall stay was great and thank you very much to our host for this great experience.

Beautiful Property, Peaceful & Cozy

The cabin feels private and cozy, surrounded by trees and very close to an entrance off the main road, which was easy to find again after our late night dinner. We enjoyed the comfortable bed, well sized bathroom and loved the front porch. The cabin is furnished in a collected and unique way, and feels so warm and welcoming. After contacting the host about any specifics about check out, Kristine was so kind and mentioned she just wanted her guests to relax. Such an easy property to get to and seamlessly check in/check out of. We will definitely be staying again on our trips to Round Top!

So Peaceful!

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend getaway for our one year anniversary/me completely my Masters. This place was so peaceful! Enjoyed listening to the crickets, birds, and the very talkative so lies across the road, haha. The house was adorable and we able to contact Kristine at any time IF we needed anything.

Perfect Anniversary Getaway

This little house was the perfect place to celebrate our 20th anniversary - with a return to the Round Top area where we honeymooned. The house has everything you would want or need and is in close proximity to local eateries and hang outs. Kristine gave us GREAT recommendations for those, too. We would book here again!

Working weekend

Had to do a bunch of work and this was the perfect away place to do it.. Super cute, very clean and comfy. Great front porch. VRBO was having app issues but I was able to get a hold of the owner about an extension and some other questions. Everything was resolved very quickly and easily.

Perfect spot! Great vibe

This little bungelow was perfect for a weekend away. The bed is super comfy, the porch is really inviting and the decor had a great vibe. The vaulted roof is wonderful, but can make for some unique noises when it is really windy!

Perfect romantic weekend getaway!

This lovely little cottage was everything we hoped for! We went to Round Top for a romantic weekend, and cottage no. 3 was beautifully decorated, clean, cozy but airy, and conveniently located. Besides the occasional moo of a cow or yip of a coyote, there was a little road noise, but it didn’t bother us at all. It was otherwise quiet and peaceful, and we couldn’t hear any other people. The adorable cottage was just minutes from dining and shopping in Round Top. We also took short trips to other nearby towns as well as Buescher and Bastrop state parks; it was the perfect base. We highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again in the future.

Precious Cottage!

We loved our #3 hone for the weekend! So cute! Incredibly clean, perfect location, quiet and decorated, beautifully! The bed is very comfortable, has a small kitchen area but has everything you need! Perfect Little Cottage

This adorable little cottage was perfect for a romantic getaway. The place is just as pictured with great decor and beautiful outdoor space. It's secluded enough to feel one with nature but also a short drive to all the shops and restaurants of Round Top. Kristine made the check-in easy and made sure we had everything we needed. She was quick to respond to any questions we had and even gave us some great tips for things in the area. We will definitely be back!

Got out of the city. Stayed in a perfectly appointed cottage in rolling pasture lands minutes away from tiny Round Top Texas. Tiny Round Top has a world class restaurant in it which suggests there is much more than meets the eye going on there...I highly recommend a visit to find out what exactly that is!

Lovely retreat spot with outstanding host

Came for the weekend to find some peace and rest in the country. What a delightful place! Kristine is an outstanding and responsive host. Everything was clean and she went above and beyond to ensure my stay was great. Would definitely return!
