Looking for a good safe neighborhood. This home is in a nice and safe neighborhood conveniently located and super clean!
This is a one level house with two full bathrooms.
No steps or stairs inside the house.
The neighborhood is established and safe. The home is less than 1.5 mile to the start of EVERYTHING Madison. Food, fun, entertainment, banks, gas stations, shopping, etc.
The garage is not open to guests, therefore, entrances and exits via the garage is locked/not accessible.
There is plenty of closet space and hangers provided.
New central air and heat with a ceiling fan in the living room and master bedroom.
Smart lock on front door. Plenty of room on both sides of the house and large yard.
Two concrete patios out back with patio furniture for grilling outside with family and friends.
