- There are stairs to the entrance, and stairs to the second-floor primary bedroom, so it may not be suitable for everyone.
- There are exterior facing cameras on the west patio
- Home is monitored by a high-decibel detection device during quiet hours. The device does not record.
- Basic Beach gear provided (beach chairs, beach umbrella's, beach towels)
- Home is NOT equipped with a washer/dryer. There is a laundromat less than 3 minute walk from the home or Coast is happy to recommend local laundry delivery services

ATTENTION
This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking.

PARKING:
There is one exterior, off street parking spot located just across the alley from the home. There is limited additional public street parking or public parking lots a 1-2 block walk. Please be sure to follow all City posted signage if parking on the street.
