This stylish home offers high end finishes, luxury kitchen appliances, pool, pool table, and much more. It is perfect place for a family vacation or a weekend getaway. The gigabit speed internet enables you to stream from the TVs and work remotely if needed.

The backyard is a south Florida oasis, with a heated pool ($75 per stay). There is a sofa, and foldable chairs available for guests to use. This area is perfect to cool down in the Florida sun, unwind while reading a book or enjoy an evening cocktail by the pool. There is a propane grill ideal for a barbecue lunch, and games such as four-in-a-row and giant jenga available for guests in the backyard.

The kitchen is an entertainer's dream. This newly renovated space has newly installed quartz countertops. The kitchen is open flowing, so you can cook, entertain and be a part of conversation between the dinning room and the kitchen. Eat dinner overlooking the pool and backyard light up at night.

The living room has two spacious sectionals, provided enough space for your entire group to lounge out, relax and unwind. The 75" smart TV can be seen from the couches and designer chairs so the entire group can watch live TV or stream their favorite shows and movies.

There is a giant greenery wall with 'Hello Sunshine' LED signage along patio wall. This is ideal for snapping photos, to create a memorable trip with family and friends.

The master bedroom is equipped with a king bed. The bedroom has a 60" TV with Fire Stick, allowing you to stream your favorite shows or watch live TV while you wind down, under it you will find a working station equipped with a LED lamp. The master bedroom has French doors, for direct access to the pool deck. The master bathroom has a rain in shower and large mirror with beautiful brand new lighting. This bedroom includes a full length mirror and and a walk-in closet, here you will find a 'pack-and-play' and high chair for the little ones. Also you will find a luggage rack to unpack after your travel.

The first guest bedroom has a queen bed. This room also has a full bathroom. The bedroom includes a mirror and a closet. In the closet you will also find a luggage rack.

The second guest room is a bright and airy room, which includes a queen bed, mirror, a dresser and a closet to store your luggage. In the closet you will also find a luggage rack.

In the dinning room, you will find a beautiful 6 guest dinning table with comfortable chairs to enjoy an evening of treats. You will be able to enjoy your food with a view of the light up pool area through the french and sliding doors. Right behind the dinning table you can enjoy your morning coffee at our coffee bar. Equipped with all the necessary tools to make a delicious cup of coffee. In this same are you can find pop corn and pop corn cups to enjoy of a late night movie in the couch, as well as an electric s'more maker.

Inside the house, there is a washer and dryer for guests to use at their leisure along with cloth cleaning products.

Lastly, the house is equipped with an amazing game room. Pool table, foosball table, darts and a Pac-Man arcade are available for guests to use, as well as table games like monopoly, scrabbles, yahtzee, uno cards and three decks of regular cards. Also, there is a comfortable leather sofa to take a break after winning a game!

Guests will have access to the entire property to themselves.

Please note we have full time tenants in the RV on the property. They are quiet and kept to themselves and are happy to resolve any on site issue you may have during your stay.

PETS
We are pet friendly, pets are welcomed at $75 per pet, per stay. If you add your pets into the booking, VRBO will charge the first pet fee, and we will send you a request for the additional ones!

POOL MAINTENANCE
The pool is serviced on Thursdays by our pool maintenance company. If you are staying through a Thursday, you may see them coming, and you may be asked to wait a few hours before bathing.

COMPLEMENTARY SNACKS
We offer complementary marshmallows and delicious Hershey chocolate bars for the guest to make S'mores in our electric S'more maker.
We offer also Popcorn for the guests to enjoy a nice movie in the 75'' TV in the living room
