This Bonita Beach luxury pool home offers beautiful Gulf views from the westside balconies with amazing beachfront sunsets. This beautiful coastal contemporary home features designer furnishings along with custom wood & tile flooring throughout, updated kitchen with professional-grade appliances. The home has impact glass windows/sliders/doors, swimming pool with oversized paver deck along with a private elevator. This Bonita Beach home is the perfect island getaway with 5 bedrooms, office and is only steps to beach, waterfront dining, & entertainment.
This beautiful home has an open concept feel with the family room, dining room and kitchen on the main floor, also, on the mail floor there is a bedroom with a queen size bed and full private bathroom with gorgeous views of the gulf from the balcony., a full laundry room and an office.
Take the elevator up to the 3rd floor and you will have the master suite with king size bed and full private bathroom and private balcony that overlooks the gulf of Mexico. The 2nd bedroom on the 3rd floor features 2 queen size beds with a private bathroom and shares a balcony with bayside views. The 3rd bedroom has a twin bed over a full size bed, this bedroom shares a bathroom with the 4th bedroom that has another king size bed and has a gulf view as well. All bedrooms do have Smart TV's. You will enjoy many relaxing hours on the balconies while watching the amazing sunsets.
The kitchen is fully equipped for the chef in the family with Samsung appliances, beautiful quartz counter tops and an oversized island with bar stools. The dining room has seating for 8. The living room has a 75 inch Smart TV and a Sonos sound system throughout the house and pool area. Just off the living area is a screened in lanai with outdoor seating for 6 that overlooks the pool. The pool area has 4 chaise loungers complete with a dining table that seats 6. Beach chairs, beach cart, beach umbrella and towels will be provided as well.

We offer some of the nicest properties for clients who want to soak up the sun or just take a stroll along our white sandy beaches. Some of our properties have beach front access while others are a short walk to the beach.
Luxury Shores Vacation Rentals is a small hands-on rental company that strives to make every client feel like they are at home. When you arrive at your vacation home, you will easily access the home with a keyless secure door code; no need for an in-person key exchange, you will then walk into your vacation home greeted with fresh flowers for your enjoyment, it’s our way to thank you for booking with us. We also offer to our guest’s grocery service, you call and order your groceries through the local supermarket, have them delivered and we will put them away for you so that when you arrive, you will have a fully stocked kitchen, and there is no charge to you. Your vacation home will also be professionally cleaned and ready for you to relax and have some fun! You will also find that we supply you with a limited supply of paper products, towels, linens, amenity size soap, shampoo, and conditioner. We are available between the hours of 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week, if you have an emergency that can not wait for our normal business hours please call us at the number you were given before check-in.
