• Please note that all guests must sign a Liability Agreement prior to check-in. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! We look forward to hosting you.
• The guest shall use the home for residential vacation purposes only. Parties, gatherings, and large events on the Property, consisting of more than the number of Occupants allowed, are strictly forbidden.
VIOLATORS WILL BE EVICTED WITHOUT ANY REFUND.
• Kindly be advised that the garage is not at the disposal of guests. Parking on the streets is strictly prohibited. Guests, however, are entitled to park a maximum of two vehicles on the driveway. Your adherence to these parking regulations imposed by the city of Fort Lauderdale is greatly appreciated.
• The home may not be used in any commercial way, or as a locale for public events, commercial promotions, of product and service.
• All Occupants who stay overnight, must be registered.
• Additionally, Pool and Landscape professionals do come to the house weekly to conduct their businesses, they cannot be scheduled and would appreciate it if they would complete their tasks in a timely manner.
• Please be informed, there are active security cameras that monitor the outer perimeter of the property for your and your families safety.
• Please note that is unlawful to allow for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence.
• Kindly note: the unit offers sufficient amenities for a short-term stay, and we encourage you to discover nearby supermarkets, shops, and plazas to replenish any additional items according to your preferences, taste and needs.
• BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.
• Please note that the hot tub is out of service. We appreciate your understanding.
• Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of houses (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of $500. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our space enjoyable, healthy and safe for everyone. Thank you for your understanding.
