Ich weiß, dass Sie die Sonnenaufgänge und Sonnenuntergänge von der Dachterrasse aus genießen oder einfach auf der hinteren Veranda mit Blick auf den Kanal sitzen werden. Das Haus hat dunkle Holzböden. Die Küche ist eine Freude der Köche mit Edelstahl-Gasherd und Geräten. Es gibt Granitarbeitsplatten in der Küche und im Bad. Möbel im Stil der Westindischen Inseln im Wohnzimmer und im Hauptschlafzimmer. Sie werden sich wie in einem Resort fühlen!

Das Haus verfügt über eine große Master-Suite und zwei Gästezimmer. Es gibt auch ein Schlafsofa und Futon. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze unter dem Haus und eine große 40-Fuß-Anlegestelle für Ihr Boot. Es gibt auch viel Platz, um einen Bootsanhänger auf dem Grundstück zu parken. Sie müssen auch Ihre geliebten Haustiere nicht zurücklassen. Wir sind tierfreundlich. Mein Hund Wahoo kommt jedes Mal mit mir.

Das Haus bietet bequem Platz für 6 Erwachsene, aber wenn Sie 8 Erwachsene ins Haus drängen möchten, ist dies nicht das richtige Haus für Sie. Ich ziehe es vor, jeden Monat an verantwortungsbewusste Erwachsene zu vermieten. Dies ist ein sehr schönes, gehobenes Haus in einer ruhigen Gegend. Wenn Sie ein Haus zum Feiern haben und laut werden möchten, schauen Sie bitte woanders hin.

We had a wonderful time!

We love the Keys and this comfortable home was a pleasure to stay in for the month. It is the perfect location for diving, fishing and a quick run to Key West. The rooftop deck is incredible for star-gazing. Those who are particular about lamps, chairs and fine china should probably stay on Summerland Key for twice the price. Thank you to the owner for welcoming responsible dog owners!

The property was great and far enough from Key West to avoid the hustle/bustle but close enough to pop-down and meet friends or enjoy the sites.

Perfect home in the perfect location!

This home was perfect for our family of 3 and our dogs. My sister and her husband joined us for a week out of the month and there was ample room for even a third couple if we'd have wanted someone else to join us. The house had all of the comforts of home and was nicely decorated. Having our boat docked steps away from the door was incredible, and just a short ride to open water. We did have a small hiccup upon arrival, but Steve was extremely quick to respond and correct it. He was very easy to work with throughout the entire rental process. If you're bringing a boat, a visit to gorgeous picnic island is a must! There are also many restaurants nearby and even a couple that deliver! This area was so quiet and tucked away. We felt very safe here and enjoyed not having the bustle that comes with staying in Key West. We have already booked again for next May! The fishing was phenomenal!

Very comfortable home well represented by the pictures. Great location!

Near several good restaurants....loved the Square Grouper, just 5 miles away. Close enough to Key West to go for a day or just dinner but far enough away to enjoy the peace and beauty of the keys. I rented a kayak for the month and got out on the water almost every day. The canals were always calm and peaceful, when the wind allowed, it was just a short 15 minute paddle to get out to the open water. It was a lovely stay in paradise the month of January 2017!

Quiet and Relaxing Spot in the Keys

If you are looking for a peaceful place in the Keys with all the amenities, this is your spot! Located in a quiet, upscale residential area, the house offers privacy and comfort. I enjoyed cooking in the gourmet kitchen with the awesome stove. The rooftop deck is great to catch a sunrise or sunset or just read a book and enjoy the breeze. It is wonderful to shower outdoors in privacy looking up at all the palms! The canal has quite a variety of interesting fish and I recommend putting on mask and snorkel and going for a swim. The house is located less than 15 minutes from Bahia Honda SP, great beach to snorkel and soak up the sun and it close to a grocery store and pharmacy. The Looe Key Resort, in walking distance from house, offers daily specials and live music nightly. The resort also offers trips out to the reef at Looe Key but the winds were an issue for small crafts during our stay. Steve is great to work with and helped us get our kayak to the house without a hitch. We look forward to staying again sometime and would highly recommend his home to anyone who loves the beauty of the Florida Keys! Thanks Steve for helping us to celebrate our 25th Anniversary.

Steve (owner) was very trustworthy and easy to communicate with. A+++

The house is GREAT! We had a perfect getaway! Location is awesome! Good was excellent everywhere we went! Locals hang out is Looe key resort right there at turn off us1. Great specials! Boondocks up the street on right side. Excellent food but a bit more pricy for tourists. Food is step up also though. Hogfish sandwich was $15.95 and delicious. The smoked gouda Mac $10.95 awesome! We also went to kikis for burgers and other specials 11-4pm. Best pizza in keywest is duetto. I put menus in the house folder. Location is great for us. Calm, safe, quiet neighborhood. I was so comfortable i left my dive gear out to dry and didn't worry about it. It's easy drive into keywest also. I remember other rentals in marathon we were like ugh that's a haul to go party. Ramrod key is great location! Do not hesitate to call Steve and book it! Enjoy! I know you will! We'll be calling you soon enough Steve! Thanks again! Bam

Great home and great location

We have been renting homes in the area from Big Pine to Cudjoe for the past 15 years or so, and this home was the nicest we have rented. It is obvious the home was recently built, and the photos very accurately depict its condition and quality. The living/kitchen area is very spacious as are the 3 bedrooms. The lower parking area is large enough to fit 3 vehicles with plenty of room for a boat trailer. My two favorite things were the outdoor rain shower (I used it almost daily) and the 3rd level crows nest. The views at night from up there were often breathtaking. The access to the Atlantic was fantastic, leaving a very short run to Looe Key, Bahia Honda and the blue water. The home is situated in a very nice residential neighborhood, through which we enjoyed walking our dog. Although we had a lot of wind which sometimes affected our ability to go offshore in our 22 foot boat, the home made our time off the water quite relaxing. We hope to rent this home again next year.

Perfect winter getaway!

Brand new, gorgeous, and perfect home for a month-long winter getaway. The home was very well equipped with up-scale appliances and furniture, making a month away from home an enjoyable experience. We loved the quiet community and convenient location with quick access to open water. For land-lovers, Key West is only a 25 mile drive west. The owner was extremely helpful and easy to work with. Don't miss Looe Key snorkeling, or dinner at the Wharf. Our dog loved daily boat trips to picnic island for a romp in the shallow water and sand. We hope to rent this home again next year!

Great family vacation!!!!!!!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful vacation. We were so close to great restaurants, beautiful beaches, Bahia Honda, key west, and shopping. The house was so inviting. The kids enjoyed fishing off the dock. We enjoyed sunsets from the decks and cooking meals in the beautiful kitchen. Well definitely be recommending this house and planning another vacation here soon.

I hope you enjoy my home as much as I do. This house has been a labor of love. I built the house myself and have tried to create the relaxing, tropical feel of old Key West. The house is well constructed, built to withstand 175 mph winds. And yes it did survive Irma no problem, a Cat 4 hurricane!

I have been coming to the Keys for years to fish and dive and fell in love with the area. It is in a great, quiet neighborhood and nearby to Key West and grocery stores and restaurants. It has some of the best diving and fishing areas just offshore. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else in the Keys.

This house is located in a very tranquil part of the Keys. A nice quite neighborhood but with nightlife just a mile away at the two Tiki bars on Ramrod where they have live music every night. And Key West is just a short 30 min drive away. Ramrod has great access to the ocean and back country and a fuel dock at the gas station at the end of the main canal. Famous Looe Key Reef for fantastic diving and of course the excellent fishing all around. There are great restaurants close by and the grocery store down the road on Big Pine where there are also bait and tackle shops. Truly a great place to unwind and relax with all the convinces you need close by.
