Enter through a secure gate into the garden, through your private patio and entrance where you’ll enjoy the natural light-filled dining room and custom-designed, upscale, and fully stocked kitchen. You’ll be greeted by vibrant color, tasteful design, and unique features throughout, including a luxurious bathroom and grand shower experience, a sleek and cozy living and lounging area, dedicated workspace, and an exquisite king-sized bed after your full days of sight-seeing or working. Enjoy a sleek, user-friendly kitchen with brand-new appliances, including induction stovetop, convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator.
The apartment is ideally located for tourism and business downtown, and to the National Mall, monuments, memorials, and all the Smithsonian museums have to offer. It is steps from the DC Metro (Green and Yellow Lines, which connect directly DCA National Airport) and convenient to multiple major bus lines (N/S), including north to Silver Spring and downtown to U Street, 14th St. corridor, and Capital One Arena. If driving into DC, the house includes a private parking spot where you can charge your EV car, however, street parking is readily available.
