Our space is uniquely located near the heart of Orlando on lake Jessamine. We're next to Cypress grove park, great for out door exercising and walking, and five minutes from downtown.

Note that is a duplex and you will have access only to upstairs units. You don't have access to the pool.

Boats available at discounted rates to guests! $50 deposit, $399/day for the Sport Nautique.

Pontoon Boat available for 10 seats, with bluetooth speakers for :

No parties or events allowed please. Someone may be on property during check in to verify identification.

To maintain a pleasant environment for all guests, kindly be aware that smoking cigarettes or marijuana is prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will incur a fine of $200 per day.

This is an older home and is prone to maintenance issues. We do our best to correct issues quickly but please don’t expect perfection.

Access to the upstairs unit is through the staircase on the left side.

The neighborhood is very safe, all the neighbors are extremely friendly, but please don't go knocking on their doors.

Please note that our tropical Florida environment may bring about encounters with various critters and insects. While we do have monthly maintenance, you can help by keeping doors and windows closed, sealing food properly, and disposing of trash regularly. If you spot a few pests, kindly guide them outside, but if the issue persists, please contact us.

A security deposit of $500.00 is required and will be automatically authorized by putting a hold on the credit card 2 days prior to the arrival date.
