Wonderful, high standard house, located in Condomínio Ilha dos Pássaros, with an excellent structure for your best season in Praia do Forte and easy access to the village, where there are several bars, restaurants and other attractions, in addition to the beach!

The accommodation consists of 5 suites, all air-conditioned, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen! In addition, a gourmet area with barbecue, a great swimming pool and an outdoor area with furniture.

We take care of the house with great care and care, with the aim of providing you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**Water and electricity consumption will be charged at the end of the stay;

***A deposit of R$2,500.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the reception/property.

The rooms are composed as follows:

Suite 1 (ground floor): 1 queen bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain, closet, smart TV with cable channels and balcony;

Suite 2 (ground floor): 2 single beds, split air conditioning, blackout curtain, closet and smart TV with cable channels;

Suite 3 (superior): 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain, closet, smart TV with cable channels and balcony;

Suite 4 (superior): 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain, closet, smart TV with cable channels and balcony;

Suite 5 (superior): 1 queen bed, 1 double mattress, split air conditioning, blackout curtain, closet, smart TV with cable channels and balcony.

Note: We have 2 bicycles available for use.

The Condominium has 2 swimming pools, tennis court, football field, lots of green area (Atlantic Forest reserve) and 24-hour concierge. It also has a free transfer service available from Friday to Sunday for access to the village and beach. Times according to availability.

Praia do Forte is an excellent place to be in contact with nature and relax on the beautiful beaches. Furthermore, its intense nightlife, with many options of bars and restaurants, is a strength of the location. All these attractions make my space an excellent choice to please different types of tastes, as it has a balance between peace, rest and nightlife.
