Ground Level: Covered Parking. Access to the Elevator and Stairs to the main living areas. The Theater Room includes plush seating, a Sectional Couch and Three Recliners, making it easy to gather everyone around the large Flat Screen TV for a movie night.

Level One: The spacious Game room offers entertainment for all ages with a Pool Table, Foosball Table, and Arcade Games. You can easily access the Oceanfront Pool area with your Private Pool and Hot Tub through the French doors. Access to a Full Bathroom is located directly from the Pool Area. A Wet Bar is located directly off the Recreation room as well. Bedroom #1 is an Oceanfront Master Suite with a King Bed, Flat Screen TV, a Private Bathroom and direct access to the Oceanfront deck and Pool area. Bedroom #2 has both Ocean and Sound views, Two Queen Bed, Flat Screen TV, Private Bathroom and direct access to a shared Sound View Balcony. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 2-night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.
