The space
Lift Haus is the Mount Washington Valley’s top trailside condo! Meticulously renovated from the studs out, and finished with tastefully curated furniture & decor, Lift Haus stands out from other properties.

It’s efficient layout, including 1 bedroom, a sleeping loft, and an open living area with soaring ceilings & skylights, make Lift Haus the Mount Washington Valley’s ideal ski-in / ski-out destination.

The charming, retro ski lodge vibes of the Blueberry Village building give way to modern mountain design & comforts as you enter Lift Haus. Walk downstairs to the bright living room & dining area, with a handsome gas fireplace, leather Poly & Bark sleeper sofa, live edge coffee table, custom pine accent wall, Samsung Smart TV with Roku, YouTube TV, Netflix, and Disney +.

The dining area offers guests with solid wood, live edge dining table & benches, and twin leather barstools at our breakfast bar.

The well appointed kitchen offers brand new Samsung appliances, high-end cabinets, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with a new coffee maker, toaster, dishes, silverware, knife set, children’s cups & plates, and cooking utensils. The newly renovated bathroom offers a standup shower.

Upstairs, the main bedroom offers a sturdy, solid wood queen-size platform bed, with a Nectar memory foam mattress, Tempur-Pedic pillows, UGG comforter, Eddie Bauer duvet, and a spacious closet to store clothing during your stay.

The children's sleeping loft features a low loft twin-over-twin bunk bed, with memory foam mattresses & UGG comforters. Due to the low ceiling, the bunk room is best suited for children, with our queen sleeper sofa offering a comfortable alternative for groups with more than 2 adults.

Lift Haus is not the biggest condo on the mountain, but it may the best! What this home lacks in size, it makes up for with its desirable ski-on/ski-off location, tasteful design, and top quality furnishings.

The Neighborhood
At Lift Haus, you'll be close to restaurants, shops, and family-friendly attractions for all seasons, such as Story Land, 4 miles north, North Conway Scenic Railway, 8 miles east, Santa’s Village, 40 miles north, and Whale's Tale Water Park, 45 miles west. You can enjoy tax-free outlet shopping, horseback riding, hiking, rock climbing, biking, river fishing, swimming holes, golfing, canoeing, and kayaking, plus scenic drives along the Mount Washington Auto Rd, and the Kancamagus Highway.

Other nearby activities include moose tours, ziplines, gondola rides, sightseeing, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, backcountry skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, tubing, ice skating, and sleigh rides. As for ski resort access, you'll be alongside the Lower Saco ski trail at Attitash, 8 miles to Black Mountain, 9 miles to Cranmore, 16 miles to the Tuckerman Ravine trail, 17 miles to Wildcat, 21 miles to Bretton Woods, and 23 miles to King Pine. With so many nearby activities, there are endless possibilities for adventure at Lift Haus!

Guest access
Outside of the condo, guests will have access to the deck alongside the ski trail, and the shared/paid laundry room.

For a fee, our guests can also access the indoor heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, and seasonal outdoor pool at the Christmas Farm Inn, 6.8 miles down the road in Jackson. Day passes are $20/person, or $50/family.

Other things to note:
- The bunk room does not have a door or a closet, so it is a loft, rather than a true bedroom.
- Due to the low ceiling, the twin over twin bunk beds are best suited for children. If you plan to use the sleeper sofa, please bring your own queen sheet.
- This is a non-smoking property.
- No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
