◆ The dining area is conveniently situated within the kitchen space, making mealtime a breeze with its spacious dining table seating for 4.
◆ This accommodation features 2 bedrooms, each equipped with a smart TV:
▪ Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with a king-sized bed, located on the main floor
▪ Bedroom 2: Guest bedroom with a king-sized bed, also on the main floor
▪ Additionally, the living room offers a queen-sized sofa bed pullout, also on the main floor.
◆ A full bathroom stocked with all the essentials you'll need while traveling ensures your comfort and convenience.
◆ For added convenience, a washer/dryer combo is located in the laundry room on the first floor, with an iron and ironing board also available in the unit.

Guest access

◆ Conveniently self-check-in using the electronic keypad at the front door.
◆ Access codes are always sent within 24 hours of your arrival for seamless entry.
◆ Each guest will receive a designated parking spot in the garage, with the clicker conveniently provided inside the unit upon check-in.
◆ Guests will have access to their individual units as well as a shared laundry room within the building.
◆ Please note that guests must climb stairs to access Unit 4, which is located one set of stairs below. The coin-operated laundry room is on the 2nd floor, requiring guests to climb up and down a few flights of steps.
◆ Given the nature of the apartment complex with 12 units, guests may experience occasional general "living" noises.

Other things to note

◆ Please note that guests must climb some steps to enter the house, including one step at the side entrance, and there are a few steps leading down to the basement.
◆ Pets are not allowed without prior authorization. If approved, there is a $85 fee for up to 2 dogs (no weight limit). For more than 2 pets, we will charge two pet fees. Please do not arrive with unauthorized pets, as this will result in a $200 fine plus the standard pet fee of $200. Please contact us in advance if you’ll be traveling with your pets.
◆ Enjoy complimentary amenities during your stay, including Wi-Fi, 3 Smart TVs, bed linens, bath towels, and more.
◆ We provide some complimentary basic essentials upon your arrival to assist you, such as soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags for each bin, a roll of paper towels, and some laundry detergent. Please note that these items are not replenished during your stay, so you will need to purchase more if necessary.
◆ A security deposit may be required before arrival or at check-in, depending on the booking platform used. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

HOUSE RULES:

✔ Guests must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
✔ Smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is strictly prohibited inside the home, and the use of recreational drugs on the property is prohibited. Failure to comply will result in a $500 penalty.
✔ Parties/events are not permitted, and illegal activity is strictly prohibited. Excessive noise, including loud music, is not tolerated after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
✔ Only guests listed in the reservation are permitted on the property.
✔ Tents or other structures may not be set up on the property grounds.
✔ Guests are responsible for any charges related to damages during their stay or extra cleaning required afterward.
✔ Guests may be asked to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
✔ Please refrain from moving furniture.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

-Primary guest is responsible for relaying the house rules to additional guests.

-Primary guest is also responsible for the actions of all other guests on the property including charges accrued.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.

-No unregistered guests are allowed in the unit or on the property without host permission.

- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

-No loud music. Please note there is a noise detection system (MINUT) installed on this property. This system does not record conversation, it only detects decibel levels. Tampering with or removing this piece of equipment will result in a $200 fee and immediate removal from the unit.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.

- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.

- Please avoid moving furniture.

-Any violations of the house rules could result in the immediate removal from the property WITHOUT REFUND. Furthermore, guests must abide by all airbnb policies and local, state, or federal laws.
