Please do not lower AC below 73 degrees F.
Please throw trash inside trash bags and dispose outside the front door inside the valet trash (plastic-looking bench)
Please throw away any leftover/opened food and all trash from the bathrooms.
Place dirty towels on the laundry floor
No white towels are allowed at the pool
Please use colored towels for the pool and bring all towels back from the community pool.
Everything is inventoried. Ex: If we have missing towels, pillows, accent pillows, kitchen items, or linens we will charge for replacement.
NO SMOKING ALLOWED This is a nonsmoking home and we take pride in its maintenance and our allergic guests. NO SMOKING near the home. NO SMOKING IN THE PATIO, NO SMOKING IN THE GARAGE. $500 fee
Please dry before coming inside the home and use fabric chairs.
Please eat in the dining room, bar, or kitchen bar.
