About this space
Nestled in the exclusive Shaffer’s Mill gated community in North Tahoe and just a 10 minute
drive from both the Truckee downtown and Northstar, Fairway Luxury Escape is a stunning 3-
bedroom, 2.5 bath mountain modern townhome that exudes elegance and comfort. Perched
slightly above and back from the fourth tee of the private golf course, it offers expansive views
of the natural landscape, the manicured golf course and the distant mountains. Newly refurnished
in 2023 with designer yet comfortable furniture and furnishings from RH and Arhaus, this
picturesque retreat is an ideal blend of sophistication and comfort, and tailor-made for visitors
who wish to enjoy North Lake Tahoe activities during the day and return home to a luxurious 5

is a super comfy expansive “cloud” sectional where you can grab a throw blank, sink in, and
stream your favorite movie in surround sound or just enjoy the gas fireplace in the evening.
YouTube TV is provided, or feel free to log into your own streaming account using the high
speed wi fi. Just outside is the private patio with the fire pit, hot tub and an extra heater for those
cooler evenings when you want to soak up the evening sky but remain warm. Grab one of the
plush robes, and you can also take a dip in the private hot tub while enjoying a magnificent
Tahoe area sunset and sipping your favorite beverage. During winter, heated mats are provided
