Pebble Beach is a professionally landscaped, gated community with parking limited to guests & owners (2 parking passes per rental). Sorry, no elevators and no golf carts or pets allowed.

A-301 is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath third floor oceanfront corner unit condo with incredible views of the beach and pool - the views can't get much better! This great vacation condo has laminate wood flooring throughout the living room, dining room, and master bath. The living area has a queen sleep sofa (linens not provided), Flat Screen TV and an oceanfront balcony with a table and chairs. Spacious dining area. Kitchen/bar has a microwave & dishwasher. Master bedroom #1 has a king bed, a full bath and an oceanfront balcony. Bedroom #2 has a king bed. Bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds, DVD player and a color TV (no cable). Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a full bath and a balcony. Central Heat & air. Washer/Dryer.

Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays. Queen Sleeper Sofa linens are not provided.

No Smoking.

No Pets.

Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

PARKING INFORMATION: All units are provided with 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes. Additional Parking Passes are available upon request at or after check-in.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
