Bask in the sun by your heated pool and six-person hot tub surrounded by your private full deck. This feature is designed for privacy. Lush foliage encloses the space and creates a tropical paradise unlike any other part of the beach. This area of the home is perfect for entertaining! And, you can step right out of the gate onto the boardwalk and cruise on down to the beach. Also check out the gas grill, that will be perfect for those cozy summer dinners!

You may enter Level One from the elevator, stairs in the garage, or the stairs leading to the first level front porch. Stepping into an open area, this level is complete with 3 of the 5 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 boasts a magnificent ocean view with a Queen Bed, Flat-screen TV, closet, and direct deck access. Bedroom 2, not lacking in appeal, also has an oceanfront view, Queen Bed, Flat-screen TV, closet, and direct access to the deck. A full bath is located directly outside of these two bedrooms. Down the hall, there is a washer and dryer, conveniently located for you and your family to drop your attire from a day at the beach or pool. Master Bedroom 3 with a King Bed, Flatscreen TV, Private Bathroom with step-in shower, double sinks, and closets complete the rooms on this level.

Level Two features an open concept kitchen, living, and dining areas. The gourmet kitchen boasts a dine at bar and granite countertops, a double sink, dishwasher, and range.
