The Space:
Enjoy a mountain escape at this chic modern condo! This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is situated just a 5-minute drive from 2 ski lifts and downtown, making it the perfect launching pad for skiing and city adventures. Free on-site parking and easy access to the FREE bus line via a nearby stop make exploring all over Breck a breeze, with on-site amenities such as a private ski-locker and shared indoor hot tubs adding to the comfort and convenience of your stay.

Step inside and be greeted by a sleek mountain retreat! This recently renovated condo boasts stylish details throughout the home including modern lighting fixtures, artwork, and well-placed decor. As you walk through the front door, you will be greeted by the open kitchen and living room, a beautiful space outfitted with everything your group needs for a comfortable stay. The gorgeous kitchen features spacious wood countertops and brand-new appliances, ready for your latest culinary creation. As functional as it is beautiful, the well-equipped kitchen will have everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. A spacious kitchen bar with 4 bar stools offers a comfortable dining spot, while seamlessly blending the kitchen and living room together.

On the other side of the kitchen is the chic living room that exudes both style and comfort. This inviting space is designed for relaxation and entertainment with a 3-person leather couch, 2 chairs, a mounted TV and a fireplace, you will have all you need to relax with your loved ones! From the living room, you can step out onto the private balcony to take in the peaceful views of the surrounding nature. The balcony includes a bistro style table and 2 chairs, as well as a BBQ so you can enjoy meals alfresco.

When you are ready to tuck in for the night, you will find the master bedroom located off of the kitchen. A stylish retreat, the master bedroom is outfitted with a comfortable queen-size bed, lovely decor including artwork, side tables with lamps, and a unique antique style hutch. Enjoy movies while lounging in bed from the 55” mounted TV, or catch up with any remote work needs at the desk. Adding to the luxury of the bedroom is the en suite bathroom, a remodeled space with a bright and sleek design so you can comfortably freshen up before bed. In the master bathroom you will find a two sink vanity as well as a step-in shower with cobblestone floor and two shower heads.

A second bedroom is located on the other side of the condo, offering a great separation of space between the bedrooms for added privacy. Down a hallway from the other side of the kitchen, you will find the second bedroom, which makes efficient use of its space with a twin-over-queen bunk bed. Great for sharing, the room includes warm wood features, a mounted TV, a freestanding closet, and a wall mounted desk. Situated across the hallway from the second bedroom is a second full bathroom, outfitted with a single-sink vanity and a bathtub/shower combo with a built-in glass shower door. In between the bathroom and bedroom is a laundry closet with a brand new stacked washer and dryer, making it easy to keep up with any laundry needs during your stay.

Guests will have access to the entire home and balcony, a private ski locker, and 2 parking places in the shared parking lot in front of the home. Guests will also have access to shared amenities, which include four shared hot tubs and a sauna.

This home places you in the heart of all that Breckenridge has to offer, with both the slopes and downtown a quick drive away! Grab your skis and make the 4-minute drive over the Snowflake Lift, getting you out on the slopes in minutes. Or head into Breckenridge's historic Main Street located less than 10-minute away, where you can explore the countless shops, restaurants, breweries, galleries and museums. In the Summer months, enjoy endless fun at Peak 8's Epic Discovery, where you can ride the alpine slide and roller coaster or play a round of mini golf. Drive scenic Boreas Pass, go troll-hunting for Isak Heartstone or hit one of the area's many hiking trails - you can truly do it all from this incredible home!

Getting Around:
You are going to love the location of this stylish home, placing you within a 10-minute or less drive to many of the top attractions in Breck. Main Street is just over a mile away, where you can enjoy a range of entertainment and dining options, or hop on the FREE trolley to explore downtown. The BreckConnect Gondola is a five-minute drive from the condo and will take you to the bases of Peaks 7 and 8. For those looking to utilize the great public transportation in town, the Breck FREE bus is a convenient option, with the Gold Camp stop on the Gold Express Route a short 3-minute walk from the house, connecting you with several routes spanning this one-of-a-kind mountain town. Uber/Lyft are always available.

Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

Please note, the hot tubs and saunas in Goldcamp II are shared amenities available in both Building G and Building H.

Spring Break ‘25

The property is as advertised. Updated, comfortable and convenient. Short little walk to the hot tubs & sauna. Although a short walk to the bus pickup, my family is lazy and we Ubered everywhere at an 18 fare no matter what! We had Uber drop us at the Lodge at Peak 7 and hopped on the Independence Lift. Perfect. For 18 LOLWe enjoyed ourselves, the communication was prompt and helpful, the concierge service for groceries took the pain out of schlepping necessities and overall, it was a fun Spring Break!!

Outstanding property for a family or small group, ELITE kitchen!

Stay date: July 2024. The layout of this small condo was perfect for our family of 4. The renovations are done so well, very modern and refreshing. The bathroom accommodations are wonderful and the space is just right. We somewhat missed having a table to eat together around, but the space doesn't really lend itself to that and we made it work okay with the TV table and bar counter. The kitchen was stocked the best out of any rental for any property we have EVER rented, including an ample supply of food if you forget something. We loved the gas range plus CAST IRON PANS in the kitchen. The only thing missing was some metal utensils to use on the grill. Some silicone versions were there that worked OK, but I would have felt better with a metal set. Check-in/Check-out was a breeze and we really loved the quiet location just up the hill. It would probably be even better in the winter with its proximity to the slopes. When we return to Breckenridge, this will definitely be a property we try to rent again.
