Große Aussicht auf das Meer und nur wenige Schritte zum Strand und Pool. Diese gemütliche Wohnung liegt zentral in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten. Wechseln am Radweg direkt vor dem Tor und Pedal die Insel von einem Ende zum anderen. Die Küche ist komplett für die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten ausgestattet, die Sie auf Ihrem Balkon mit Meerblick genießen können. Etagenbetten für kleine Kinder und ein Queensize-Bett im Schlafzimmer.

Die Seaside Villa befindet sich am südlichen Ende der Insel, am South Forest Beach Drive, nicht weit entfernt vom Coligny Plaza. Seaside ist ein Anwesen am Meer, etwa 70 Meter vom Meer entfernt. Zu den Annehmlichkeiten gehören ein hauseigener Pool und kostenfreier Zugang zum Player's Club für die Nutzung des beheizten Innenpools sowie des Fitnesscenters.

We love the proximity to the beach, and convenience to shops and restaurants. I hesitate to say much more or we will compete for fall rental time :) Seriously , this unit is a great find!

Love Seaside Villas

We had a great stay. The villa is perfect for a couple. Beach chairs would have been nice since we flew in but rentals were easy on the beach( but costly) A few suggestions- put a long mirror somewhere and a hand held shower head with better water pressure!! The coded gate coming back from the beach was very difficult to unlock( everyone was experiencing the same issue) Other than that alls good and we would definitely rent again.

Condo was immaculate, with everything you need. AC was quiet, not like noisy ones in most units. Tv set-up was a little wonky, but who there to watch TV all the time. Vacation Time was super, answered all questions. Great view of beach. All appliances worked great. Love that shower. Close to all restaurants, beach was right there. Look forward to returning, will ask for unit 331.

Great Get away

We were able park the car and walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. Walk to the beach, shops, and even restaurants. It had a good view of the ocean and was newly renovated. Great couple getaway.

The balcony beach view and short walking distance to the beach was perfect. The sliding lock on the balcony door wasn’t easy to unlock should be replaced, keyless entry into the unit would be a plus.The bathroom baseboards weren’t clean. The unit advertise that it accommodates 4 the unit does not accommodate 4 adults comfortably. The pull out sofa mattress isn’t comfortable. The owners should provide a list of items that is not included in the unit eg: hand soap, dish washing liquid, sponges, extra towels, beach chairs (leasing office provided additional towels). The common area hallway carpet should be removed and replaced with commercial flooring there is a lingering odor in the hallway. Overall the unit was fine just small
