✔ No unregistered guests – Additional guests will be charged $100 per guest per night.
✔ No smoking anywhere on the property – A $750 ozone cleaning fee applies if smoking occurs inside.
✔ No parties or large gatherings without approval – Hosting an unregistered event will result in a $600 additional cleaning fee and immediate eviction.
✔ Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
✔ No wet towels/clothing on furniture
✔ Keep external doors/sliders closed when AC is running – Prevents system freeze-ups.
✔ Flush only toilet paper – No wipes or hygiene products.
✔ No food/waste in the kitchen sink drain – The home is on a septic system.
✔ No glitter or dye use – $1,000 fine for excess cleaning. $500 fine or more for dye damage.
