Perfect for a quiet evening

We did not get to use all the spaces in the house during our one night stay, but would have loved to enjoyed the backyard, game room, etc. it was a great stay, not too far from town. It was great!

This was a great place for us to stay after we had to make a complete wedding venue change die to Helene destroying Asheville! Cozy and fun! We definitely recommend and will stay again if we make it back to Wilmington!

Fun House

We needed a landing place while we visited Wilmington for the weekend. The house is located not far from the university and about 15-20 minutes from the beach, which were the two places we planned on visiting. The house was clean, well appointed, and had plenty to keep our kids busy. Lots of games inside and a fun setup outside. I recommend bringing your own basketball or volleyball if you plan to play, as the balls provided are very deflated. Although the house is in a great location, beware of the neighbors. There are loose dogs (they weren’t vicious but could be a problem if you have children who are afraid), and the house is next to another home with lots of occupants and cars, which offers little privacy when outside. There is a privacy fence, but you (and they) can hear everything. Inside, we were happy to have plenty of linens and the house is roomy with plenty of space. Overall, this house is great for the price point. Our biggest issue, however, were the beds. They are very springy, which got a bit uncomfortable. The bedding was also lower quality and could use an upgrade (microfiber sheets were slippery and kept sliding off through the night and the pillows could use an upgrade as well). The shower in the main bathroom is also very loud when showering as it makes a high pitched sound when the water is on. Even with these quirks, we do recommend this house for a weekend getaway!! With so much to keep everyone busy, this was definitely a fun house!!

Amazing stay!

What a great stay! Location was incredibly convenient. Easy to get to and from Communication with the host was fast and easy! Very accommodating and you could tell they really cared about making sure we were satisfied with our stay. The house was laid out perfectly. We came with four children and four adults and had plenty of space. The game room was a hit! We spent so much time in the back yard relaxing in the hammock after grilling out. Pool was clean and a great size for the kids to play. Over all our stay was truly great! It was comfortable for all eight with no shortage of things to do and clean. Added bonus was baby items like highchair, stroller, and pack and play.! Check out was a breeze too! We are in the area again. We will certainly stay here. Thanks for being a part of a memorable weekend for our family.

Our family really enjoyed our stayed.

We loved the whole house!! We have little kids so they loved the game room and the pool out back. The backyard was really roomy so it was great for our fur baby and at night we used the fire pit to make smores. The area is really nice and everything is like a 3 minute drive and q5 minute to Wrightsville beach. Communication with Brandon was so easy, he responded very quickly. It was awesome, we really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you, Nay and Ksor Family

Cute home!

Please note that during there are is only ONE bunkbed instead of TWO (as listed)... there is a discrepancy in the listing but other than that, we enjoyed our stay. They were easy to communicate with and it was a super cute and fun house for our short weekend getaway.
