Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. Offering 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, covered outdoor lounge and dining area next to a screened in pool with heating and cooling options. Famous clearwater beach is only a short 10-15 minutes drive and luxurious Belleaire Beach is a 5 minute drive down the road.

• Pool heat is an amenity included at no additional charge. The temperature of swimming pools varies and depends on the day and night temperatures, length of day and finally wind. Therefore, there is no guarantee for a certain pool temperature. The pool heater temperature will be set to a maximum 82°F in winter which is November 1 to March 31. From April 1 through October 31 the pool heater is off. Note, these numbers are the target setting for the heater, not the actual temperature of the pool.

• We are pet-friendly with a fee per pet per stay that is paid separately once a reservation is confirmed. Please check with us first for the applicable pet fee as it varies depending on breed and size. Breed restrictions apply.
