Alta lake offers three beautiful beachfronts: Lakeside, Rainbow and Wayside Park. This condo is located within quick access to the Valley Trail (a paved 40km trail connects all Whistler's neighborhoods) enjoy walking, running or biking to your heart's content. This condo allows for a serene escape away from the hustle and bustle of Whistler's Village, but close enough to all the adventure that Whistler has to offer.

This family-friendly property offers all the comforts of home, ensuring a holiday that feels both indulgent and inviting. From brand-new furnishings, appliances, linens, to towels – every detail has been considered to create a comfortable and homely space, perfect for families and groups.
THE LAYOUT
The main floor features an open-concept design with the living area on the right and the dining area and kitchen on the left. Large windows fill the space with natural light, while a fireplace in the living area sets the perfect ambiance for family gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a BBQ on the private balcony, ensures you can create delicious family favorites. The main floor also houses the primary bedroom and a room with twin bunk beds, perfect for the kids. You will also find the laundry area here and a full bathroom with a bathtub and double vanity. The second floor hosts two more spacious bedrooms with an ensuite toilet and bath. This home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests.

This property offers secure and locked bike storage made recently just for our guests' use! Store your expensive bikes here, and never worry about security! Bike to the most beautiful lakes in the Pacific NorthWest.

There is a noise monitoring device plugged into an outlet at this property. This device records decibel levels ONLY, it does not have any other recording capability. The device is called a "Noiseaware". It is plugged into a populated area (for example: in the main living room). Please do not unplug this device.
