The two bedrooms are placed in each part of the apartment, one with a double bed and patio doors to the terrace and one with two single beds. Both bedrooms have sea view. The bedrooms and the living room have new air condition units.

​The kitchen is fully equipped with new hob, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. There is a plancha for outdoor use.

There is one bathroom with shower and one with bath tub. In the bigger bathroom there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The complex has 2 communal pools, 1 for adults and 1 splash pool for children with a depth of 40cm, with grass and shaded areas as well as sun loungers for hire. There is also a poolside snack bar.

To access burriana beach, it’s only a few minutes walk down through Capistrano playa’s tropical gardens. This will lead you to the beach front with promenade, a variety of restaurants, bars, shops and a host of watersports in the summer months (kayak, parasailing, diving centre, jet skis, pedalos and more). Burriana beach has showers, sunbeds, children's play areas, volleyball courts. Balcon de Europa is approximately 20 minutes walk away. There is a regular local bus service within a few minutes walk from the apartment.
