The House
—Kitchen—
The kitchen is fully stocked with knives, cutting boards, pots, pans, and anything you might need (including stove, two ovens, microwave, and two warming drawers) to craft a meal for a large group. Two copper sinks and a pot-filling spigot will aid in your prep and cleanup. Both a Keurig and a French press coffee maker are provided, along with a selection of coffee pods. An electric water kettle and variety of tea are also provided. Dinnerware and wine, champagne, and cocktail glasses are stocked for 16 people. A second kitchen and refrigerator are located in the basement, and are handy for dinner party prep.
—Laundry Room—
A large washer and dryer can both be used freely. Tide Pods and scent beads are provided. An iron, ironing board, broom, and vacuum are all available for guest use.
—Dining Areas—
A spectacular glass table in the central Great Hall seats 12 people, and a smaller table in the kitchen seats an additional 4. There is also an outdoor table for 8 when the weather is nice.
—Social Areas—
Two living rooms on the main floor are perfect for socializing with a large group. One boasts an oversized sectional couch and looks out over Colorado Springs, while the other is comprised of hand-carved IndoPak furniture and is seated in front of a vast wall of windows framing the back yard.
—Entertainment Areas—
In the basement, you’ll find a projector screen with various seating for 16 (between recliners, giant beanbags, and barstools at tables). Behind the theater area is the billiards room, which houses a pool table and poker table.
—Outdoor Areas—
The main outdoor entertainment space is right on the other side of the Great Hall, and can be connected to the indoor dining and social hall via a large 4-panel sliding wall of windows. This back patio offers a table which seats 8, several chairs around a fire pit, a grill, and a tandoor oven. Smaller furnished patios overlooking the city can also be found off of the main living room and master bedroom, and a more private patio is located off of the billiards room.
—Water Amenities—
This house in unique in the number of indoor water features it has to offer. A heated indoor pool and hot tub are sure to please all ages, even in the winter, and the sauna and steam shower will add extra opportunities for relaxation. Adjacent to the natatorium is a large galley-type bathroom with a few showers, toilet and sinks, and a dressing area.
—Bedrooms—
There are 6 bedrooms available to guests. In the Master Bedroom, you’ll find a California King bed, large TV, and even larger closet. The steam shower is connected to the Master’s massive walk-in shower. The basement bedroom and Monet rooms both hold queen beds and have much more modest bathrooms attached. Upstairs, the North Wing bedroom holds another California King and is attached to a small office alcove for those who need a spot to get some work done. The last two bedrooms are on the opposite side of the upper level. One has a queen bed and small sitting area, and the other has two bunk beds with twin XLs on top and queens on the bottom (sleeping up to 6). This room also contains a small reading loft atop a spiral staircase. The three upstairs bedrooms share two bathrooms. Every bedroom except the Monet room has a TV.

The aforementioned office alcove contains a large desk, chair, and lamp, as well as a printer available for guest use.
—Fitness Area—
Adjacent to the theater area is a space dedicated to helping you fit in your workouts on your trip. Featuring a Peloton, Pilates Cadillac, and a few various free weights, you’ll have no problem working up sweat.
