The Space:
This new luxury home, constructed with a modern twist, is filled with modern amenities. From an open-concept living area with loads of gathering space to an outdoor space with a grill, dining area, heated pool, hot tub, and grill.

-There is an additional space in the home that contains a daybed with a trundle bed. For clarity, this is a furnished office with pocket doors that can be closed to create a completely private space for work or rest, depending on your group’s needs. It is labeled as a “Living Room” above.
-Space is professionally designed and crafted with large groups in mind.
-Our home is built modern style and filled with accents of elegance throughout.
-Fully-loaded outdoor space with dining table, grill, heated pool, and hot tub.
-Indoor chef's kitchen is fully stocked with essential cookware. 
-Cozy dining area for larger meals, and waterfall edge kitchen island for casual dining.
-Custom murals and artwork created by local artists.
-Smart TV with apps such Netflix, Hulu, etc.
-Other amenities include wifi, laundry (washer/dryer/iron & board), and more.
-All beds feature Tempurpedic-quality mattresses and silky, high thread count linens.
-All bathrooms are immaculate and include essential toiletries and stacks of plush cotton towels.
-Public Goods coffee and tea are available for all guests.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is located in the beautiful and historic Central City. We love this neighborhood and we think that you will too. Our home is minutes away from the historic streetcars that will take you to the heart of the French Quarter or into the Historic Garden District. At your doorstep are Greek revival and Victorian mansions, museums, and world-class restaurants. Walk down Magazine Street and explore the miles of galleries, antique stores, and boutiques waiting for you there. Or simply walk the other direction a few minutes and tour around the CBD where some of New Orleans' best restaurants await.

All guests after booking will receive a personalized list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.

Getting Around:
Our convenient location and safe neighborhood make this your ultimate travel destination. We are nestled in between the beautiful Lower Garden District and CBD while still close to most major sites. We are a 5 minute walk to the WWII Museum, a minute walk to the St Charles at Erato streetcar stop, and the home features plentiful on-street parking. While there is plenty to see and do here on foot, we are a quick 6-15 minute drive to the Superdome and French Quarter, depending on the time of day and traffic conditions.

-We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
-We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. 
-We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.  
-We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. 
-Pets are not allowed at this property. 
-Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted.
-We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.
