Relax in the Hotel's private courtyard only accessible to our guests before taking a short walk to Downtown Dining & Nightlife.

This estate is truly a piece of Savannah history and has maintained so many original details. Despite these beautiful nods to the past, there are also so many modern updates including a luxurious en suite bathroom, designer furnishings, and individually climate-controlled rooms - important in Savannah!


Your 3rd-floor apartment suite is private with its own entrance through common hallways and stairs. This suite was the prior mansion's main Kitchen & sitting area and now features a luxurious King bed separated from the living area with original glass french doors. Chef's Kitchen and Living area has a Queen flip sofa. Our flip sofas are simple structured sofas with a low set profile. The high-density foam cushioning is nicely rounded and perfectly firm. Please note once it's opened it sits on the floor and treetop views out to beautiful Crawford Square. An Instaworthy bathroom, gorgeous shower, original fireplace, and unique interior design finishes add to this suite's popularity.


If you're feeling social, sit down for a cigar with the locals in the gazebo across Crawford Square.

The Present Hotel does NOT have a front desk and uses self-check-in via your reservations boarding pass provided to all guests after booking is confirmed. Guest registration and identification verification required.

Housekeeping: The Present Hotel does NOT provide daily housekeeping during your stay. You can request stay-over service when here at the property by messaging us.

Special: This is a third-floor unit that has 2 flights of stairs required to climb to access unit (NO Elevators at Property). Room is in the main tower of property is accessible via main entrance off Houston St. or Courtyard off East McDonough St.

TV: Room has Smart TV with Apps and Xfinity Cable. Guest must provide their own log-in and passwords to access Apps. TV is located in Living Room area.

Wi-Fi: The property has Free 1-gigabyte highspeed internet service through Xfinity and is shared by the whole property.

Coffee-Maker: Unit has a Keurig Coffee Maker
