► CLEANLINESS: We take pride in preparing a spotless home for your visit! Please respect our space and treat it as you would your home. Any non-standard cleaning will result in an additional charge.
► MONITORING: The property has one exterior security camera and a noise detector in the living room. These devices do not record voices or video of the interior.
► HOUSE RULES: Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Strict no-party policy is enforced, and no smoking is allowed on the premises.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are between 10 pm - 8 am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in the cancellation of the booking and removal from the property without a refund.

STRICT NO-PARTY POLICY
No parties or events/gatherings. There are cameras above the door and noise detectors in the house. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. $500 fee for party. No Unauthorized Guests are allowed at the unit, $100 fee per guest if discovered.

No Smoking
Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. This goes for balconies and in or around the building too. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, $500 fee will be imposed, with no exceptions.

Pets
Pets ARE allowed depending on size, please let us know beforehand and be upfront about bringing a pet to avoid cancellation.
Pet Fee per Pet:
1-4 Nights: 25$/day
5-29 Nights: 200$
30+ Nights: 300$

Fees
You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning.

No mail can be delivered to the property, we do not have access to the mailbox due to security concerns.

Depending on our cleaning schedule, we may be able to accommodate early check-in and late check-out at a fee of $20/hour. You must message us 24 hours beforehand to see if we can authorize this request.

Please kindly note that your check-out should be completed on time. It is crucial to vacate the premises by the specified time to avoid any inconvenience and additional charges as per our house rules. An unauthorized late check-out will cost $75/hour.

Make sure to leave the key fob on the table and take a picture of it. Failure to leave the key fob may result in a $200 fee for its replacement. The same amount will be collected for damaged key fob.
