Unsere voll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern liegt nur wenige Minuten vom weißen Sandstrand von Crescent Beach entfernt und wurde von Dr. Strand'! Unsere 2. Etage ist hell, sonnig und luftig in günstiger Lage zu Restaurants, Bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und das Nachtleben von Siesta Village ist nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt.

Ein privater Pool auf dem gepflegten Gelände, zusammen mit
Shuffleboard und ein BBQ Grill in der Nähe sorgen für eine komfortable "Down Time". Das in Lanai ausgestrahlte Kino ist ein großartiger Ort für den Kaffee am frühen Morgen oder den abendlichen Cocktail.

Es gibt so viele Möglichkeiten für jeden Geschmack. Natur pur am schönsten im Myakka State Park oder Kajak auf den Inter-Coastal Waterways, um die Seekühe zu sehen. Das Ringling Museum, die Marie Selby Gardens und das örtliche Theater sind in der Nähe, um Ihre kultivierte Seite zu befriedigen.

We enjoyed our stay

We love visiting Siesta Key, it’s always a great time. The condo is close walking distance to restaurants and beach however this part of the beach was rather crowded. We just drove a short distance to turtle beach and less crowded though. Overall condo was nice and roomy enough for our family of 4, close to the pool, beach and restaurants and with a quick trolley ride to the village for shopping and other dining options. Only downside was no washer/dry in condo, but glad they had one on site.

Wonderful property!

Wonderful property in a great location, restaurants, bars, small grocery store with a short walk to the beach. Loved sitting on the Lanai watching the people and cars go by. Siesta Key is wonderful!

Great family condo

We loved this property. It was just the right size for our family of four (2 BR, 3 beds, 2 Bath, LR). The well heated pool is right across the parking lot. Crescent Beach is across the street and down one block. Property has beach chairs and other beach toys to use. Captain Curt's is walking distance. Trolley stop is two doors down. Unit has brand new a/c. Check in and owner communication were great. We had a great time!

Fantastic location

This condo was everything we were hoping it would be. Close to beach access and fun restaurants. Trolley stops near the condo and can ride free anywhere on the key. The pool at the condo was perfect and very clean. Condo has everything you may need for your trip. The twin beds are not the most comfy for big adults but would be good for children. Owner was extremely easy to work with. Very much enjoyed our vacation and the location of the condo was perfect for us.

Excellent stay!

Very clean and well equipped condo! Comfortable bed and furniture. Shower in master bedroom was therapeutic. Short walk to Crescent Beach public access. Pool was amazing! 7-11 and grocery store within walking distance, and good restaurants & bars. Would definitely stay there again!

June vacation

We loved this property! It is adorable and had so many extra amenities. Endless amount of sand and water toys (we even added to it as some of our big buckets wouldn't fit going home 🤣) beach chairs and more. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets felt amazing. However the only negative we had was the sofa bed was actually comical. It was very lumpy and noisy. We heard every roll over, every pillow flip from the master bedroom. The walk to the beach was perfect you can use beach access 13 and be right on the point of rocks or access 12. We were able to walk to many food places as well. Washer and dryer were very accessible and there was an elevator as well. Thank you for a great trip.

Underrated getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here at this property. It was very clean, and had almost everything we needed. If it had a big wheel cart that we could have taken to the beach, it would have had everything needed. There were tons of towels, both bath and beach available. We really liked the master bathroom and shower. I wished it would have had a ceiling fan in the master bedroom, but there was a pedestal fan in the closet. We really enjoyed being able to walk next door to eat at Pizza n Brew(GOOD FOOD!), Big Water Fish Market(nice fresh seafood selection) and Toasted Mango Cafe(great brunch!). We also enjoyed walking to Captain Curt's to go to the bar. There is a welcome notebook in the condo. It was hidden in a drawer under a bunch of other stuff, instead of being on the table out in the open. The welcome notebook tells you to go to the public beach access to the left of the condo. This beach access SUCKS. Walk to Captain Curt's and cross the street, and there is a MUCH BETTER beach access there with clean sand and much more room. Don't try to park there unless you own a Smart Car. We didn't figure this out until the last day unfortunately, so hopefully this helps someone else find the good beach area.

Clean, comfortable in a great location

We loved our stay in this clean and comfortable condo. It truly felt like home away from home. The condo is tastefully decorated and equipped with everything a home needs. There was plenty of space for my family of four. The beach is a very short walk across a two lane road and the free trolley stop is a few steps away from the building. There are plenty of restaurants, shops and grocery/convenience stores within walking distance. The pool, the patio by the clubhouse as well as the buildings and landscaping are very well maintained. We would definitely return to enjoy again in the future.

Great for families

The condo itself is spacious and was only about a 10 minute walk to the beach, and closer than that to some very good restaurants and convenience stores. The WiFi was not working but the owner was prompt to try and fix the issue for us. My only real complaint is that the bedrooms got very hot at night and lack ceiling fans, but the owners left an electrical fan to put in the bedrooms to help with that.

Siesta key condo

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and well stocked. We usually prefer to stay on the gulf side of the street but, crossing the road wasn’t difficult at this location and the walk was only about 2 blocks. There was no actual internet connected to the WiFi router but, we survived.

PERFECT!!

This was the best vacation I have had in years! This condo was absolutely amazing! Perfect for all 6 of us! The kitchen had EVERYTHING you could possibly need! We fed 4 boys two/three meals a day! Perfect location for dining and shopping! And just a trolly ride away from the village! The walk to the beach was not an issue at all! Super easy right across the street!! I will definitely be returning!! We loved it!! Thank you so much for everything!!

Very Nice!

The condo was as described. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a three week stay. The master bathroom (remodeled) was very nice and it was great to have a King bed in that room. Location is excellent with respect to beach access, restaurants and shopping. You are within a few hundred yards of Crescent Beach. This is the south end of Siesta Key and we prefer that area. Access from Rt. 41 is less congested that the north end. It also offers easy access to 41 or Interstate 75. It is an end unit-second floor-and that proved to be very nice as well. Vista Hermosa was well-equipped for grilling, pool area, etc. It does overlook Midnight Pass road and there is minor road noise but nothing extreme. Overall, good experience with great beach weather during our stay. With respect to restaurants, etc. we liked Clayton's (just around the corner) and Toasted Mango Café. There are also some good pizza places next door. Seven-Eleven and Crescent Grocery have all you need and within walking distance. It is about three miles (beach walk) to the town center of Siesta Key. Liked Daiquiri Deck there.

Vista Hermosa

The condo was very lovely--very clean and nicely decorated. It was within walking distance of a couple of restaurants and also the beach. It is also South of the bridge which makes it easier than other parts of the island for getting on and off the island from the mainland. We enjoyed our stay there very much.

Perfect location!

Great roomy place. Loved all the beach extras chairs, toys, umbrella. We left an amazing sand castle building shovel there ourselves. A few blocks to the beach, a few blocks to amazing restaurants. We especially love The Fish Market. Perfect beach getaway. We will definitely come again.

Great winter stay!

We stayed at this lovely 2 BR condo for a month. The description is very accurate and when we arrived it was spotless, very clean and well-maintained. The onwer was very kind and accommodating. Everything was extremely comfortable. Plenty of dishes, and silverware. A coffee pot, microwave, toaster and brand new appliances including a dishwasher. The master bedroom is very roomy with a newly remodeled bathroom - great water pressure. The King size bed was very comfortable as well. The dining area is also spacious and since it's an end unit, there's a window in the dining area giving you more of that Florida sunshine to enjoy. The pool is close by and the beautiful beach of Siesta Key is a short walk away. And yes, there is internet and it worked perfectly! There is some street noise at night and is pretty audible but if you close the bedroom window, you can't even hear it. This is a very busy area, especially in the winter and early Spring, but what we really liked is that we could walk to just about everything - restaurants, shops, the Tiki bar, the 7-11 and a grocery store. Captain Curts and the Boatyard were two favorite restaurants that we walked to. We would definitely return.
