Original details, like the patterned breeze block, hardwood floors, brass and wood sliding doors, and bedroom ballast were preserved to maintain the apartment's midcentury charm.

- This unit does NOT contain any laundry machines.
- The entry stairs & back entrance is shared.

Units at Palm Breeze Apartment Suites are heated and cooled using an HVAC system called a PTAC. You have likely seen this same system used in hotels, and are through wall units that are sized to heat and cool the entire apartment without duct work running to every space. We do provide a fan for the bedroom but please note, the HVAC PTAC unit is located in the living room and does not have a direct duct or feed to the kitchen, bathroom or bedroom.
