The unit has a loft with an open space with a double-sofa bed for two extra guests that serve as the 3rd bedroom.

The unit has 2 bathrooms. The first one is attached to the master bedroom which has a toilet, mirror, sink, shower, and bathtub!
The second one is on the loft next to the second bedroom which has a toilet, mirror, sink, and shower.

The Kimberley Transit System offers regular rides throughout town. A popular transit option is to enjoy a cruisy 26km bike ride to Cranbrook along the paved North Star Rails To Trails, then hop on the Kimberley-Cranbrook Commuter for a smooth ride back to town.
Adjacent to cross-country trails and a short level walk to the ski lifts of The Kimberley Alpine Resort, the unit is 0.6km from North Star Express High-Speed Quad Ski Resort and 3.6km from Cominco Gardens. A 30-minute walk will take you to the city center. Within five minutes, you will be golfing at the popular Trickle Creek Golf Resort or the highly regarded Kimberley Golf Club.
I recommend you to bring or rent your own car for visiting the area. :)
- We have bed accommodations for 7 guests. The 3rd bedroom is an open loft area beside the second bedroom upstairs, 2 extra guests could sleep on the sofa bed located in that area.
-This unit has a monitoring device called Noiseaware. It does NOT capture conversations. It only measures decibel levels to prevent loud music and noise complaints.
-Late departure luggage drop-off is not allowed.
Welcome to your Airbnb home! We have created a set of house rules to guide you through your stay. These are designed to protect our property, respect our neighbors, and ensure everyone has a pleasant experience.
Please take a moment to review our house rules, which include the following:
1. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No parties, gatherings or events.
2. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.
3. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.
4. This unit has a maximum capacity of 7 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.
5. Our pet fee is $25CAD per pet, per night. Please do not leave your pets unattended inside the unit.
*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #3 as it will be based on the nightly rate).
6. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails. If you need to receive mail, you may take advantage of Canada Post's FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered or rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages.
7. Please check your belongings before your leave. Hosts are not liable for any lost or left items. While mailing could be arranged, any related costs will be covered by the guest.
