- There are stairs to the entrance, and stairs to the second-floor primary bedroom, so it may not be suitable for everyone.
- In accordance with the local Short Term Rental Ordinance, this home is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sound). It is located in the main living area.

There is one exterior parking spot, an uncovered carport on the south side of the building. Measurements: 205D x 118W . There is limited additional public street parking or public parking lots a 1-2 block walk. Please be sure to follow all City posted signage if parking on the street.
