Front side smaller deck to view the road and open sliding doors for breeze. Back large viewing deck, along with sliding doors for breeze, has amazing views up on the Cliff Side!

Double driveway can accommodate multiple vehicles. 1 driveway ends in a carport under the deck for coverage on 1 vehicle, and the other leads to the garage which can hold 1 vehicle. Please be careful if you venture far from the house and walk the property away from the flat area! (See Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement for more details).
Entire house, front yard and a back viewing deck, equipped with patio chairs, umbrella for shade. Large property with plenty of hiking. There is NO fenced in area for taking your dogs out on the property in the grass, etc. If you're bringing a dog(s) that will wander, then please have on leash.
The Retreat Cliff Side at Canyon Lake is nestled in the Texas Hill Country and has the space to park your boat under a carport/RV shed. It is 4 miles to Comal Park (swimming beaches), 4 miles to boat ramp #4, and 6 miles from boat ramp #6. The house is also close to local marinas, hiking trails, and Lakeside Golf Club.
