Welcome to our amazing vacation townhome!!

Our amazing home accommodates 10 people (8 adults and two kids) and features a private pool. Located 10 min away from Disney Parks and close to all other Orlando attractions, restaurants, and supermarkets.

Conveniently located in Kissimmee, our beautiful vacation townhome has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms; it easily caters to 10 guests comfortably with kid-friendly themed bedrooms.

- No smoking on the property, including the pool area.
- No parties allowed
- In case of having a house party and everything is very dirty, causing our cleaning team to dedicate more time and cleaning products, you will be charged extra; this rule also includes the pool area. The charge will depend on the time and products used during cleaning after your checkout.
- 10 people fit comfortably in our house at no extra cost, but we allow a maximum of two more people (a total of 12 guests) with an extra cost of $50 per person per night.

* Our House are no pets and allergen free the pet in case you’re bring and unauthorized pet the pet allergen cleaning fee will be of $550 per pet

**Check out is at 10:00 am with 15 minutes tolerance after that it will be charge our late check out fee of $75 until 12:00pm any lather than that we will charge halve of the regular nightly rate
