Welcome to our beautiful ranch-style home with a manicured lawn, a 3-car garage, and an extended porch. The front entrance is accentuated by a front porch offering a warm welcome to visitors. Enjoy the window-screened back porch or grab a blanket by our electric switch fireplace. Our king suite has a private bathroom suite (1 king, 2 queens, and 1 double).
We are just an 8-15min drive from local attractions for families/friends, and only a 20-30min drive from Atlanta.

LIVING ROOMS
Upon entering the house you will find yourself in a welcoming foyer that leads into the main living area. This is where we kindly ask you to remember to remove your shoes.
The main living area is an expansive open space that combines the kitchen, dining, and breakfast nook. The living area boasts a fireplace and large windows for natural lighting. Here you can use our g**gle home speakers to listen to music, podcasts,s or current affairs. Sync all our g**gle devices (3 total- Living room, Kitchen, and the master bathroom King suite) by saying for example; “hey g**gle, play…..everywhere.”)
BEDROOMS
The house boasts four bedrooms, each offering comfortable beds and fluffy pillows. There are wall-mounted TVs where guest can log into their preferred subscription devices, outlets, closets, and stand-alone full-length mirrors.
BATHROOMS
In addition to the en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom, the house has two more spacious bathrooms. One connects to the back patio and yard for easy washing and the other sits in the hallway of the opposite side.
KITCHEN
Includes dishware, silverware, basic pots and pans. Keurig pods, sugar, stevia, tea, electric kettle, and a French press. The Keurig pods are used with the front refrigerator dispenser. You can use the easy-to-follow ‘how-to’ videos on the front screen on the fridge, or simply use the French press.
WORKSPACES
In addition to the dining table, screened porch, and breakfast nook, our wifi is lightning fast, and cell service is great.
BONUS ROOM
This could be a dedicated workspace, a recreational area for children or adults, or just a quiet corner to read a book or take a Power Nap. Either way, the space is yours!
BACK PORCH
The back offers an enclosed patio with a ceiling fan. The floors are carpeted, so no shoes are necessary.
CHILDREN
If you are traveling with children, please feel free to contact us for more details on the child-friendly amenities we provide. We would love to have a conversation with you to make sure you and your children are comfortable and safe. Please note that the home is NOT baby-proofed. You are responsible for supervising your child near cabinets, cleaning supplies, outlets, outdoor areas, etc. Our own small children do great in the house! But we always supervise very carefully, and we ask that you do the same.
NOISE & EVENT POLICIES
Smoking anywhere on the premises (including vape and e-cigarettes of any kind), parties, events, parking more than 5 cars, unregistered guests (without written permission), pets, and noise are not permitted under any circumstances. This is a HOA residential neighborhood, therefore any noise above a peaceful residential level will not be tolerated and will result in immediate expulsion from the property, fines, a report to Airbnb, and possible law enforcement action. There are exterior security cameras to ensure the safety of our guests and neighbors. If you would like to host a day party during respectable hours in the backyard, you may reach out to us with further details and concerns. The final decision with entirely be dependent on our team.

Please respect our property and our neighbors. Although not monitored, we kindly ask you not to wear shoes in the house. The residence is located in an HOA community with noise restrictions past 10 p.m. Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless specifically approved in writing. Unapproved guests will result in a $100/night charge per person or a cancelation without a refund.
4 cars maximum overnight: No street parking. Note: we will also need copies of government-issued IDs for all guests and a valid working number. Please contact us with any questions!
Gatherings are not allowed after 5p Sunday - Thursday and no gatherings after 7 p.m. Friday - Saturday: No more than 10 persons total on the property for gatherings (no sleepovers): Non-registered guests must leave. Please do not park on the grass.
Fireworks are not allowed in the neighborhood according to community guidelines.
We ask that windows are generally kept closed, to prevent condensation between external and internal temperatures.
We will never spy; The home is protected by a live security system. There are only three cameras, a front doorbell camera, a back porch camera, and an internal garage camera. All are visible. There are no cameras inside the house. We reserve the right to view the perimeter.
Ask us about late checkout availability for free an hour before the scheduled time. If we and our cleaning staff are unaware of your presence, you may have an inconvenience fee of $50 for up to 2 hours. Any checkout beyond 2 hours will result in a full-day base rate and does not award you possession of the property. This is to cover extra cleaning time and potentially delayed check-ins.
Please govern yourselves and your minors responsibly. Smoking, tampering with detectors and sensors, loitering, and excessive cleaning, including piles of dirty dishes, will incur extra fees.
Furthermore, any violation above may result in extra charges, immediate termination, and no refund.
