When you step inside this two-story, 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 2,200 sq foot modern, mid-century custom home, you’ll see a beautifully appointed space with designer furnishings, modern décor, and abundant amenities. From the ‘floor to ceiling’ windows of the living room and dining room, you will see big skies and astonishing desert-forest landscape from the backyard which leads directly into the Coconino National Forest. In your private, forest-edge backyard wonderland you have a high-end hot tub with umbrella shade, cold plunge and sauna therapy—a hardwood, hybrid sauna (traditional stone and infrared), custom-built, wood enclosed cold plunge, and a custom built outdoor shower that feels like you're in the forest. You’ll be treated to majestic red rock views of Thunder Mountain from the front rooms and front patio and spectacular views of the forest and Sedona Airport Mesa Mountain from the living room, dining room, family room, upper and lower deck, and the backyard. Backed up onto the national forest, you are paces away from some of the most sought-after mountain biking trails of Sedona with direct access to Carroll Canyon Trail.
