Great location

We had a great stay. Amazing location for sea world and epic universe. Would definitely stay there again. My only issue was the floor was not clean. Large amounts of dirt/sand, feet turned black immediately while walking barefoot. Everyone had to keep on their socks.

This place was perfect. Every everybody in the family had their own space. Right around the corner from where we were playing. Super clean and spacious. Plus has a washer and dryer.I do recommend this location

Perfect size

Place was great and centrally located. I had trouble communicating with the host prior to check in, but host was responsive once we checked in. We had a large group and the place was a perfect size for us. 4 bedrooms is definitel harder to find and this was perfect. Although it is listed as a 3 bedroom suite it is a 4 bedroom.

Concert Trip

Our stay at this VRBO was truly enjoyable! The location was easy to find and access, which made arriving stress-free. Everything worked perfectly, and the property itself was just as lovely as it looked in the listing—no surprises there. The cleanliness really stood out, and I can’t say enough about how soft the bed sheets were. We felt completely comfortable throughout our stay. There were a couple of minor cosmetic issues, but nothing significant. Upon arrival, there was a slight smell in the kitchen from what we guessed was food left in the garbage disposal by previous guests. We ran some water and dish soap through, and it cleared up quickly. I followed the instructions to notify the property manager right away, and to my surprise, he called back within two hours (at the end of the workday, no less) and offered to send someone over immediately. His promptness and kindness were impressive, even though the issue had already been resolved on our end. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms had ample space, which was a nice touch. The only downside is that the windows don’t open and close, so if you’re planning a fall or winter stay and enjoy having fresh air, you’d have to rely on the balcony instead. Speaking of which, the balcony was lovely, equipped with two rocking chairs and a table—perfect for a morning coffee or evening wind-down. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Awesome place!!

Place was very nice, very clean, had a small ant problem that appeared to the coming from a palm tree beside the patio but not a problem! Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!! Pool area was amazing as well!! Listed as a 3 bedroom but it’s actually 4 bedrooms and fit 8 adults very comfortably! Communication problem with check-in due to being on a cruise and not having an internet connection but calling the number on the booking info and the sweet lady that helped nullified all communication problems!! Excellent stay!!

Clean, stocked, spacious!

After a few days of staying here we knew we were going to plan on coming back in the future! The unit was clean and spacious and fit our family of 6 easily and comfortably. Highly recommend!

Vista do not stay

Property is located in a really great spot. If you enjoy a clean, mold free environment, this is NOT the place for you. As soon as we stepped into this condo, we were breathing in harsh toxic chemicals that were used to clean the place. We had to open doors and windows and use multiple fans just to air the place out for hours to get rid of the smell. Try opening the windows. The panes of glass will fall out or they just don't work. We kept a fan running all week in the master bedroom window just to have fresh air. The kitchen sink base cabinet had severe water damage, was literally rotting and covered in mold. The showers had new caulking, but instead of getting rid of the mold, they went over it. The fans in the bathroom needed to stay on all week otherwise all we could smell was the musty moldy odor. . If you are highly sensitive to odors and mold, avoid this place. It's not worth close to 3000.00 a week to make you sick. We spoke to the property manager as well as the owner. They know about the issues but apparently refuse to fix them as they need to keep the place rented weekly to keep the money coming in. This place needs to be taken off the market so it can be gutted and the mold remediated. New paint on the walls doesn't cut it. The minimum the owner could have done was give us a different place to stay in, or cut my bill in half, as I am still trying to recover from living in that toxic environment for a week.

Spacious, clean, and convenient

Our family of 5 and our daughter’s teammate’s family of 4 stayed together during the girls’ volleyball national tournament at the convention center. We loved the space we had, the cleanliness, and the short walk to the convention center!

Spacious Condo with great pool and location

This was a spacious condo with great pool. It was located minutes from Universal, Sea World, and Ikon park. There was no direct communication with owner, just the property management. We had a leak on our 5th day that we called for immediately but it was after hours. They said someone would be by the next day but no one ever came and addressed the problem. We just kept putting towels down and drying them so we could reuse them.

Lovely Property but Cheap on Supplies

This is a great property. The condo was beautifully decorated, large and spacious, and all the amenities top notch. The only disconcerting part of our stay was the overly stingy supplies. The welcome email before arrival gave us advance warning of the stinginess, so I can't say I wasn't warned. But, we had 8 people (2 males and 6 females) staying for four nights. We were given only one small roll of paper towels and four rolls of toilet paper. REALLY? We had to purchase an additional roll of each before the end of our stay. (I found it interestingly that the local retailers actually sold individual items!) The cost of these essential items was less than a dollar each! This stinginess on the part of the property management is not consistent with the "luxury" life-style the property proports to offer. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was just as described by the owner. It was very spacious and had plenty of room for 10 guests. The owner was easy to work with and the property managers were very helpful. The property and the pool were beautiful and well kept. We would definitely stay there again.
