This contemporary Penthouse is a relaxation sanctuary in an unbeatable location in Playa Carmen. Located between the famous 5th avenue and the most iconic beach of Playa: Mamitas Beach. It is situated in a quiet street with incredible tropical views you simply cannot find in the city center.
This Penthouse is perfect for those who seek to have a recharging holiday, where you can relax, sun tan, read a book, and at the same time you want be close to the life of the city: beaches, restaurants, nightlife, spas, shops, you name it, all within 3-10 min walk distance.
If you love outdoor chill areas, this penthouse has two balconies and the rooftop area designed for relaxation with its hanging bed and sunbeds with jungle views (and a sneaky peek of the ocean).
With two spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, spacious closets, and one with a bathtub, there is plenty of space for a group of 2 to 4 people. The Master room has views to the jungle and a balcony that connects to the living, while the second bedroom has a private balcony with views to the pool.
Kitchen is fully equipped, an island, a full-on dining table, and a comfy living room with TV. There is private parking space too, and of course, a pool to dip into in a sunny day!

My name is Karla, Im Mexican living between the paradise of Playa del Carmen and the cozy city life of Copenhaguen! Im a designer and together with my husband and our little dog, we travel and explore!

We loved the neighborhood because you within a short walk to all important things in Playa, no need for a car. The beach is less than a block away, and our favorite spa at Reef 28 (highly recommended), I personally enjoyed the spinning classes at The Hyatt hotel with those stunning ocean views (also around the corner), La Quinta Alegria shopping is 8 min walk, supermarkets 10-15 min, and of course you are 1 min away from La Quinta Avenue with all the shops and restaurants. The best part of the location is that even though we are the center of everything its located within a quiet street and the views are to the jungle of Mahekal! So you get the best of a relaxing stay and the city life!

Besides the unbeatable location, this is a place that truly feels like home. It's very spacious and the balcony and rooftop are really meant for you to relax and connect with nature. The spaciousness of this penthouse is a rare thing to find in Playa del Carmen, and those stunning views are extremely rare to find in the city center.
