Guests will have access to Ski Chalet Village Owners Club North Clubhouse located on the corner of Wiley Oakley and Village Loop (approx. 5 minutes walking distance). The North clubhouse offers three swimming pools, lighted tennis courts, paved walking trail, ping pong, foosball, and assorted yard games. Drinks and concessions are available for purchase.
We are sharing our home with you and have put a lot of effort with attention to details in making it as comfortable as possible. We hope you will treat the house and all the amenities including the decor, bedding, furniture and all amenities with the same level of care as we do. We request you to be respectful of the house to avoid any damage fees.
Parking and Driving: Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles and pedestrians in the neighborhood.
Smoking: There is absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind anywhere on the property. No exceptions. This property is located in the National Forest land. There will be stringent penalties for not following this rule.
Pets: No Pets allowed.
Parties/Events/Unregistered Guests: No parties or events. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 10 people.
Safety: Please watch out for kids as well as adults and keep a close eye on your family when you are on our beautiful balconies/decks. DO NOT rest, lean or hang on the railings. Please use the walking path to get in and out of the property. Please keep all doors closed at all times. Please keep an eye on kids/family while using any amenities including the hot tub at the property and the amenities at the Chalet Village Clubhouse. There are no lifeguards on duty.
Winter Season Safety: During winter season. In cold temperatures, approach with caution and assume that all wet, dark areas on pavements are slippery and icy. Please take extra precautions walking around at the property including walking path, drive way, garage, decks and areas around the property. The pavement/walkway/driveway can become slippery. Please wear shoes with good traction. Take short steps or shuffle for stability while walking and keep your hands out of pockets. Please don't park on the slope . Make certain your tires are properly inflated and have plenty of tread.
Never warm up a vehicle in an enclosed area, such as a garage. Do not use cruise control when driving on any slippery surface, such as on ice and snow. Only go out if necessary. Even if you can drive well in bad weather, it’s better to avoid taking unnecessary risks by venturing out. Drive slowly. Always adjust your speed down to account for lower traction when driving on snow or ice. Don’t try to get moving in a hurry and take time to slow down for a stoplight. Remember: It takes longer to slow down on icy roads. Don’t power up hills. Applying extra gas on snow-covered roads will just make your wheels spin. Try to get a little inertia going before you reach the hill and let that inertia carry you to the top. As you reach the crest of the hill, reduce your speed and proceed downhill slowly.
Wild Life: This property is in the national forests and occasionally you will see the wildlife in the area including such as deer, skunks, bobcat, black bear, scorpions, lizard, snakes and spiders. Do not approach these animals. Be careful when you are out in the dark, always wear shoes and don’t put hands/feet/other body parts under rocks/places they don’t belong. Please always keep an eye on children.

THE PARTIES. This Short-Term Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) made on the date of the booking on the VRBO booking/reservation notice between the Owner/Manager of the Property listed on the booking platform listing and the Guest/Guest/Renter who made the reservation on the booking platform between the following:
THE GUEST/RENTER: The person (or persons) making the Reservation (“The Guest”). Any other approved persons or persons that The Guest allows to be on the Premises.
Landlord/Owner: Misty Paradise LLC, with a mailing address of 116 AGNES RD, STE 200
KNOXVILLE , TN 37919 USA (“Landlord”)
THE PREMISES. The Landlord agrees to lease the described property on the booking platform to the Guest, and the Guest agrees to rent from the Landlord on a short term (Transient Lodging) basis for no more than 27 days. Guest rents, for vacation purposes only, the furnished real property and improvements described in the VRBO listing for the property: Luxe Recharge. Hereinafter known as the “Premises.”
SHORT TERM VACATION RENTAL TERM. The Guest shall have access to the Premises under the terms of this Agreement for specific days confirmed on VRBO booking/registration confirmation starting at 4:00 PM on the first day of the VRBO confirmation and ending on 10:00 AM on the day of the checkout listed on VRBO confirmation.
RESERVATIONS: All Reservations are subject to Management and Property Owner approval. Online rates are subject to change without notice. Should there be ANY issues with the reservation, you will be contacted within 48 hours.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises during the short term vacation rental term shall be no more than a total of 8 guests. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Landlord.
PAYMENTS. The Guest shall be required to pay the Landlord full amount listed on the VRBO confirmation for the Lease Term (“Rent”). The Rent is due at the execution of this Agreement. ALL PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE. If Reservation is canceled, all payments will be forfeited. ALL PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE. Outside 30 days of arrival, Deposit Payment is due to reserve property.
