The space
This newly renovated unit at The Convention Center condos is perfectly situated in the heart of downtown San Diego, offering easy access to popular restaurants, bars, cafes, and the nearby convention center and trolley system. The city's rent-per-use scooters and bikes offer a trendy way to explore.

Kindly note, there may be occasional street noise, especially during weekends. Most of it can be mitigated by closing windows, but light sleepers may want to consider this aspect. This designer condo is immersed in the vibrant city atmosphere.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire unit. There's one cleaners' closet designated for storage, which is the only area not accessible.

**If you require an in-building parking space, we offer a spot for rent at $50.00 per day. Prior arrangements for payment and parking details need to be made with us after booking. The elevator from the parking garage directly reaches the condo floor

Great Condo in San Diego
My wife and I stayed in this condo for 6 nights this September. The condo was great. Sort of an industrial vibe. Nice kitchen area that met our needs easily. Bed room in a raised loft type area with a comfortable bed and great pillows. The bathroom was a shower only but was very modern and clean. There was a washer/dryer unit in the bathroom that proved handy. A nice TV and great couch was there as well. The a/c came in handy during the heat wave. The only criticism is the lack of sound proofing. We could hear some of the San Diego night live screaming in the early hours of the morning. This is not the owner's fault. Location was very convenient to the conference center and was a good base for exploring the city. I would encourage you to explore if you have a chance as there are lots of interesting sites just beyond downtown.

This condo was perfect for our needs in San Diego. It is centrally located and very convenient to Gaslamp locations. The condo itself is very spacious and the shower was lovely and large (as a large person myself). My only complaint was the street noise at night as the condo is above a really fun bar called Coin-Op. I went to the bar and loved my time there, but it can be noisy at night, so ear plugs were a must for me. The venue provides plenty of ear plugs for your comfort but I recommend investing in the silicon plugs that block out the noise really well. Once I had those in, I was sound asleep. Even with the street noise, I would book this place again.

Excellent gaslamp quarter loft
Nicely decorated loft in the middle of the gaslamp quarter. It has everything for a couple to stay. Communication and check in were a breeze. The kitchen and a fully functional and the smart TV served my needs. The bed is super comfortable with a nice heavy comforter. There is certainly street noise that comes into the unit, especially on the weekends, but it was fine by me (I live in NYC). Might be an issue for light sleepers. Overal a great space in a very central location. I walked to the convention center every day and it suited my needs perfectly.

It was a pretty nice place. We chose this place for it being close to the zoo and affordability. It’s as described so you do hear outside noise but we did not mind it as we don’t sleep in silence anyways. Overall a nice stay and would book again.

Great place and location
I was a solo business traveler attending a huge conference at the convention center. This place was a lot cheaper than the hotels. VERY clean and comfortable. The bed was excellent. Check in was easy and convenient. The only negative would be the street noise until about midnight. BUT the nice host provides earplugs in the condo if you want them. I highly recommend for a single traveler in this area.
