Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. und 3. Stock mit (Lift). Es besteht aus 2 Studios in Duplex, die nicht miteinander verbunden sind, aber nahe genug sind, um einfach zu kommunizieren.
Jedes Studio verfügt über ein eigenes Telefon, über das Anrufe zwischen den beiden möglich sind.

Das Gebäude befindet sich auf dem bezaubernden kleinen Platz von Bourg Tibourg mit seinen Restaurants und Cafés mit Terrassen, auf denen sich die Leute gerne unterhalten, essen oder die Sonne genießen. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Bäckereien, Käsemärkten, Wein- und Lebensmittelmärkten aller Art in bester französischer Tradition in der Nähe und sogar ein Bauernmarkt ist zweimal pro Woche vor Ihrer Haustür.

Sehr günstig gelegen, in der Nähe von allen Verkehrsmitteln, aber meistens werden Sie sie nicht brauchen, da mehr von Pariser Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Nur wenige Schritte von der Seine und der Kathedrale Notre Dame entfernt.
Das Gebäude ist mit Zugangscode und Gegensprechanlage geschützt und die Gegend ist sehr sicher.

Die Wohnung ist 48 qm (24 + 24) Maisonette auf der 3. und 4. Etage. Beide Ebenen sind durch eine leichte Treppe außerhalb der Wohnung (innerhalb des Gebäudes) verbunden. Aus diesem Grund ist es nicht für Familien mit kleinen Kindern geeignet, zumindest werden sie mit einem Erwachsenen im selben Studio untergebracht.
Jedes Studio verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, klein, aber sehr effizient und praktisch, mit Herd, normalem Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank usw. Wäschetrockner. Esstisch für 4 Personen. Deckenventilator. Klimaanlage. Badezimmer mit kombinierter Badewanne und Dusche, WC, Waschbecken.

Die Betten sind sehr bequem mit viskoelastischen Tempur Original-Matratzen zum Entspannen nach einem langen Tag. Jede Ebene verfügt über ein Doppelklappbett und eine Couch. Auf der 3. Etage befindet sich auch ein Einzelbett (ein Tagesbett)
Schränke mit raumhohen Spiegeln. Kabel-TV, CD-Player, DVD, Radio, kostenloses W-LAN, kostenloses WLAN, kostenlose Anrufe in die meisten Länder und sogar kostenlose Anrufe mit dem Handy in die USA und nach Kanada.
In jedem Stockwerk gibt es zwei große, doppelt getäfelte Fenster mit Blick auf die kleine Straße „Mauvais Garcons“. Die Wohnung ist ruhig zum Zentrum von Paris und sehr hell.

Viele Supermärkte in der Nähe, alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Eines der bekanntesten Kaufhäuser in Paris BHV ist der nächste Block.

This property is located in a wonderful part of Paris. Easy walk to Notre Dame and across the Siene. It is two separate studio apartments, 3 rd and 4th floor. Both have their own charm. Very small elongated elevator. It totally reminded me of Emily in Paris. It is located in a square of 4 restaurants…we chose Cafe L Entincello to be our night cap place. We had such a wonderful time. Fantastic location with all you need.

The two duplex apartments are great for two couples vacationing. The apartments are cozy, but with all the amenities needed for a great stay. The apartment is located in a vibrant area, full of cafes, restaurants and shops. Conveniently located near a main metro line and walking distance to the Seine and Notre Dame. Would definitely stay here again. The elevator is very small and did break down one day making it difficult for people with mobility issues to navigate the stairs.

Exactly as advertised

These two studios worked really well for two couples travelling together. They are a bit rustic but clean and the beds are comfortable. The location really can't be beat, both for the proximity of restaurants and stores, but also for the closeness of many of the Paris sites. The check in process was a bit awkward as no-one was there to greet us as we had been told. We talked to the manager on the phone but my limited knowledge of French wasn't good enough to understand what we needed to do. We solved this by emailing back and forth and were able to locate the keys and get checked in.

Marais apartment

The location of this apartment was a little confusing to find, because it is in an area that is full of restaurants and cafes, and those businesses somewhat hide the front door of the building. The property owner was wonderful with communication, and the concierge worked with us for a late arrival. once we found it, it was great, although the elevator is typically small, and can fit basically 2 people with no luggage. Even so, I would stay here again.

Great location.

These are two studios on floors above/below each other. Murphy bed was a soft mattress but fine. Kitchen tiny but serviceable. Good windows silenced the noise from cafes just outside on the square. The apts. are in a great Marais location and are good for using as a "pied-a-terre"in Paris. Great for 2 couples or a family with older kids who can stay in their own apt.

Two Apartments and great location!

As we were two couples traveling together, these apartments could not have worked out better for us. Close to metro and the heart of Paris. I found the apartments clean. Kitchen was pretty well organized although the coffee machine did not work in Unit 3. The apartment manual that is provided is out of date. Only two sets of keys are provided, not four. This was not a problem for us, but the manual emphasized that we would be charged if we did not return all four sets of keys. Very little instruction for washing machine, but we figured it out. My biggest issue was with Mario. He emailed me the day of our check in. Left keys in a mailbox for us. I emailed him three separate times with questions (including once to verify that I only got two sets of keys). He never responded until the day of our check out to see what time we were leaving. I did not try phoning him because I did not feel any of the questions were that important. So if you need something important, call him. Elevator is small but great for luggage. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby.

Quick stint in beautiful Paris

We had a wonderful time in your very quaint little condos. They were incredibly well located, close to everything and directly in a little square full of cafés and restaurants. The day we arrived, we were welcomed right away and shown the place. Just a little while later, we went out and across the street was a farmer’s market with delicious fruits. All in all great time. We would definitely be back!

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay with our two teenage daughters. The studio apartments are on the third and fourth floor so it was perfect for us to each have our own space. The air conditioning works GREAT which was a huge bonus in the hot summertime. The square and the restaurants right outside the front door were lively and had great food and ambiance. Perfect location to see all the major sights and most within walking distance.

Enjoyed our stay in the middle of Paris

The reviews I read were really spot on about this place. Two studios separated only by one floor, literally in the middle of a plaza that is bustling and therefore NO need to use the kitchen. Clean but could use a deep clean. The AC blows cold and the beds are good. I will say I was shocked that we had NO outside noise. I thought for sure we would but the apartments face away from the plaza - we did not hear a thing but we had the windows closed the whole time. If you typically stay at the four seasons this place isn’t for you. If you want something to lay your head in the middle of Paris and have a lot to do in walking distance, this is a good place to stay.

Double your joie de vivre in the heart of the Marais District!

My husband, daughter and I had a wonderful one-week stay in this charming and well-appointed VRBO. The apartments are well represented by the photos and descriptions. In fact, the rooms feel more spacious than they appear in photos. The photos also fail to show the magnificent views, lively sounds, bright light and fresh breezes afforded by the large double windows. The kitchen is not made for gourmet cooking but is well suited to preparing simple cooked meals and we had most of our breakfasts and some lunches in the apartment. The deep baths in each apartment and the small elevator were a big plus for our daughter who has some mobility issues. We didn't meet the manager, Mario, in person, but found him to be very responsive. Perhaps the best thing about this place is its location. Beware - if you are looking for a quiet sedate stay in Paris, this may not be your place - there is always something happening in the Marais and there is usually some noise to go with it. But if you enjoy a lively setting with interesting people and lots to do, you will love it! With abundant eateries, shops, and free museums with no entry lines within a few blocks - the main problem is choosing which to go to. We had the best crepe of my life from a street vendor at the market across the street, and a couple favorite nearby restaurants included Le Ju' and Chez Hannah. Check out some jazz manouche at 38Riv around the corner or on a boat/bar down by the Seine. Have a fabulous stay!

Wonderful accommodations

This is a great location, in a square with several restaurants/cafe's, easy access to transit and the company manager was easy to communicate with. It was safe and we appreciated the air conditioning and elevator as we stayed on the 3rd and 4th floors. It was in a lovely, busy area but the windows kept out much of the street noise. The apartments were clean, the beds comfortable and there were lovely amenities (washer/dryer, appliances, silverware, etc). We would definitely book again when in Paris. We replaced a broken umbrella with a new one.

Wonderful neighborhood

These two apartments are in a wonderful neighborhood, filled with cafes. It is within walking distance (a few miles) of every major attraction. Weekends get a little noisy at night since people are eating outside the windows but if you wear earplugs to sleep, it’s fine. Mario was wonderful. He answered our texts right away and helped us navigate bus schedules. He went out of his way to accommodate us. We were two people in two different apartments and it was great.

Great location but problems

First of all, the best thing about this property is the location. It is on a plaza teeming with activity and near 3 Metro stops. We are walkers and strolled to the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, Rodin and d'Orsay Museums, and all sites in between. The location may be enough for you to overlook the other problems: in apt 4, the washing machine did not work, (I even consulted the on-line owners manual), the lights over the table did not work, the hair dryer was missing. In #3 the coffee machine did not work and there were dirty dishes in the cupboard. The manager was informed but did not fix the problems. The worst thing was that their records were incorrect and we had a couple of tense hours scrambling to find other accommodations in Paris on a holiday weekend until the manager discovered his mistake. And finally, both apartments could use a deep cleaning.

great spot, 2 totally separate living areas on different floor that rent as 1 unit. Responsive and attentive local contact. Although it can get noisy with the windows open the best thing is the location, lovely little square with multiple cafes and shops literally at your doorstep.

Great Location—Otherwise Not Special

The location of this VRBO was excellent. On major bus lines, 2 blocks away from the Metro, a very good boulangerie across the street with very friendly clerks who added free pastries to our breakfast sandwiches and easy walking distance to Notre Dame. However, the apartment was not as clean as we have come to expect. Our communication with the manager started off on the wrong foot; she had emailed us instructions to check in, but we did not receive the email (or we accidentally lost it). The general instructions about entering the apartment didn’t allow us to check in initially. We called the manager and after a while her assistant came to the apartment and helped us check in. However, when we got into the apartment there was little toilet paper and the assistant had to go out and purchase some. While we stayed at the apartment, we had difficulty with the internet; we tried contacting the manager and never got a response. Eventually, we were able to figure out how to connect to the internet; we had apparently disconnected the modem and found a booklet which allowed us to use the internet. The day before we left the apartment, we left a message for the manager to make sure we were doing everything necessary and telling her when we planned to leave; we didn’t get a response until after we had left. Fortunately we had done everything necessary. The apartment appeared to be well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and silverware, although we didn’t do any cooking in the apartment. Having a washing machine/dryer was definitely a plus.

Great location and interesting layout

The neighborhood of the apartments was fantastic. So many cafe's, bars, restaurants, etc within walking. Great location for metro access. You can walk to Notre Dame area easily and Ile Saint-Louis as well as the Louvre. We had two college kids with us so they appreciated some private space in their own apartment below us. It was fabulous having the two bathrooms. We only bought easy breakfast food and snacks, so we did not make a whole meal. The kitchen seemed to have what you would need though. The murphy beds were comfortable. It is an interesting old building with plenty of uneven floors and tilted staircase steps but I find all that charming. The elevator was a plus to not carry luggage up 4 flights of stairs. It fit two people or one person with one piece of luggage. The building was quiet and even with several cafes right outside the main door it was quiet in the rooms. The main door was a little hard to find the first day bc it is tucked in between two cafes. I would recommend this unique space if you are looking to be in the heart of Paris. And again it is unusual to find a location with two separate apartments/2 bathrooms.

Comfortable Apartment in the Heart of Marais

We loved staying at this two-bedroom apartment. It was convenient to everything, and the pull-beds were comfortable and convenient. We didn't use the kitchen, but it looked like it would have most things we would have needed had we wanted to cook. We would stay here again!
