Just what we needed

Stay over all was nice. The area is safe. The only thing I have is all VRBOS ive been at I see that the cut off for hot water is close to 10. That's the time due to games we get back so have had to take lots of cold showers. Besides that all has been great.

it was quiet it was mostly clean when i got there, it was a pee stain on the sheets and the matress when i got there but nothing too bad i just think the mattress need to be changed but for the most part it was a good stay, definitely will be booking again if the price is right.

Nice location but horrible customer service.

When I arrived I had such a hard time checking in, the code that was provided for me was not working. I had to call to speak to someone to help me. This person was “troubleshooting” the key. Gave me about 10 unlock codes before she realized I was right about the device not working properly. She manually unlocked it so I could get inside. She said she would call me back after she was done troubleshooting but never called back or reached out. Apartment was a bit dirty when I arrived, stains on the walls and throughout the doors. I took pictures so wouldn’t be charged for damages just in case. After checking out two days later I received an email stating that I was going to be charged $2000 for damages to a mattress stain. There was two beds in this unit and the mattress they were trying to say my husband and I “stained” was actually not even used. After fighting back and forth I was able to get my refund but over horrible experience. I’ll never rent from here again. If you stay here make sure to remove the sheets and covers and take plenty of pictures!!! You don’t want to be charged for something you didn’t do!

Spotless, and close to attractions. Not walkable.

This was an easy drive to all attractions, but there were so many homeless people nearby that I wouldn't walk anywhere. Our view was of the next building, but we weren't there to look out the windows! Very clean, and nicely furnished. There were marks on several walls that could use a Magic Eraser. The TP holder was broken in the master bath. 4 total towels for 3 people 3 nights - not enough and we did not feel like doing laundry (provided w/detergent for one load). 2 rolls of TP, 3 would have been nice. There were enough dishes, but could use more glasses. Fridge looked brand new! No black-out curtains, so may want to bring sleep mask. Free, secure parking included - nice! Not reserved per unit, but there was always at least one spot free. Beds were comfy, water pressure/temp was great. Nice feature on shower to preserve preferred water temp for next time. Original instructions insisted trash be taken to dumpster, but check-out instructions said we could bag it and leave it in unit - maybe because garage dumpster was overflowing. Very easy check-in and out. Excellent communications. Could sometimes hear kids running upstairs, but no loud music or issues sleeping. Would stay here again if the price was right again.

Awesome Stay

Your home really was enjoyable for me. It was super clean, it smelled clean and it was beyond spacious. The check in went as smooth as butter and the neighborhood was very quite. I highly, highly recommend.
