We’re perfectly located, less than a 10 minute drive to luxury shopping and dining at El Paseo in Palm Desert, 40 minutes to Joshua Tree National Park, and just a short drive away from the Empire Polo Club. The community club house with an olympic size pool, spa, grill, gym and entertainment areas are just steps away.

Description:

This home has been professionally designed and includes an 75 inch TV in the living room and high speed WiFi.

Recently updated & renovated 3 bed 2.5 bath, all new flooring throughout. Master has an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and double vanity. Huge kitchen with plenty of counter and cabinet space. All the essentials to cook!

Good lighting w/ plenty of windows for your video conference calls and "work trips". Second and third bedrooms feature queen beds with closets and dressers. The bonus room features two futon couches, another large TV, and a desk. Ernies bar and grill at the main clubhouse is just a short walk away.

House Supplies:
Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods and dryer sheets.

Other Items:
The property is equipped with a plenty of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There is also a fully equipped laundry rooms with a washer and dryer.

You will have access to the entire house and community as a guest.

Located in the Signature @ PGA West, enjoy La Quinta's brand new gated community only minutes from 9 of the best golf courses the west coast has to offer.

2 car garage + street parking in front of the house. If you rent a golf car you'll be able to take it directly to the courses.

Only 2 miles away from Old Town La Quinta for a host of restaurants and shops.
PGA West is a wonderful community and we kindly ask guests to follow our house rules. If you see an issue with this, we request you choose another property. Violation of our House Rules or our gated communities rules will result in all guests being asked to vacate the premises immediately. The booking will be canceled with no refund.

PARKING LIMIT: The HOA does not allow street parking in the community. Street Parking between 12am and 6am will result in a fine of at least $200 which guests will be liable for and you are at risk of being towed.

NO 3RD PARTY BOOKINGS: Whoever books the property needs to be staying on the property, you can not book for another party. 3rd party bookings will be ask the leave the property with no refund.

NOISE: Parties & Events are strictly prohibited. Community quiet times are between 10pm and 8am. Amplified music and excessive noise is not allowed. Respectful low volume music until 10PM is allowed. All music must be off after 10PM.

OCCUPANCY: If you exceed the maximum occupancy, the reservation will be canceled without refund. At which time you will be trespassing and agree to vacate the premises. If you do not leave the property, the police can and will be called to assist with removal for trespassing. The total number of guests includes children.

SMOKING: Smoking of any kind (including vaping) is not permitted inside the property.

POOL RULES: Please do not have glass around the pool. Any broken glass inside the pool will require complete drainage of the pool to remove the glass pieces.The pool is not deep enough for jumping or diving. You will injure yourself.

PETS: Pets are allowed for a fee however, we kindly request that they are kept off of the beds and sofa. If pet hair is found on the beds, there will be a $150 fine per bed where hair is detected for additional cleaning.

HOME CARE: Please take care of the property as you would your own. Please do not wear shoes upstairs and leave the furniture, decor etc the way it was originally found. $100 fine for any lost or unreturned remotes. Please keep them in their place.

NO DELIVERIES: Please note that guests will not have access to the property’s mailbox, and direct mail deliveries are not permitted. For any Amazon orders or other package deliveries, please utilize the nearest pickup location instead.

FORGOTTEN ITEMS: Please note that we do not mail forgotten items back. Any items left behind will be donated to charity.

AC: During the summer months the Lowest setting for the AC is 76 degrees due to excessive heat. All windows, doors and curtains need to be completely closed during the summer months, otherwise the house will not cool.

Very nice home in the gated PGA West community

We enjoyed our winter desert stay in this nice home in the Signature community. The unit is directly across the street from the community clubhouse and pool/jacuzzi for easy access. We appreciated the quiet community and enjoyed walking and biking in the neighborhood. The unit was pretty much as described in the listing and photos, however a few items needed repair. The management team was very responsive over text message and the only urgent item (refilling the propane) was done right away. The rest of the items were just noted for them to fix after we left, and we didn't expect an immediate response.When you check in the first time at the guard house, you are given a printed pass that you show each time to enter the community. We've had that be a problem at other gated communities in the area, with a long backup at the guard house. However at Signature, we never waited more than one car to reach the guard. There's also a pedestrian gate at the front and one in the back of the community to access Ernie's, and you can ask the guard for those gate codes. Finally, note that while PGA West has golf, tennis, pickleball and other facilities, these are not included in the rental of this unit in the Signature community. That wasn't a surprise to us, however I don't think it was specifically mentioned one way or the other in the listing. You won't regret a nice, quiet and comfortable stay in this house!

Great stay!

Spacious space! My kids lived walking across the street to the pool and the bean bag room upstairs, as they called it. We stayed for a week and I only found myself wishing for a blender. Other than that, the place is amazing!

PGA Home

It's one of the best spots if you have kids. We took our kids and I specifically stayed here 1 because it didn't have a pool, any one with kids know that it can cause more heart ache than fun so for us that was plus. The community center is like resort, with a great pool right across the street. The house was clean had all the basics you need for a weekend. Also it's walkable to the Greg Norman Stadium golf course that has a full bar and good food. the location is 10/10.

Last Minute Rain Escape

We booked this home very last minute, giving little time for the owners to prepare. To have the home ready to go was amazing. Any challenges we had were addressed immediately. Location was perfect to access amenities and other areas of the valley. We will keep this on our list.
